I bought Ford Ka car for £4,600 plus £310 delivery for my daughter Feb 2025, she passed test on 10th July 2025. We had two short lessons in it, she's driven twice since. Car has left manifold intake problem and hole in engine coolant system. Man was very rude, shouting & told us warranty is up so nothing he can do. This car has been sold to.us with a known fault. We note it's service and mot was done in Cheltenham, why would they take car this far from Ilford to get mot etc?? He's basically not going to do anything about it and I'm £4,900 out of pocket.
