Stay well clear of this company, Rich is a compulsive liar I would not trust him. I purchased a car from him, which I believe had no checks or anything before they put this up for sale. The car was returned after driving less than 100 miles. The car started flashing like a christmas tree, and the power steering went nothing electrical worked in the car, which we had to get towed back to him, lucky no-one died in it. It was a death trap. To be told off Rich, it's just the battery, which i was told it's more than just the battery from someone else which you can understand all my confidence had went in the car, so as you can imagine i didnt want the car back after this had happened. They told me I would have a full refund within 14 days, I have the proof of this by email. After six weeks, I am still waiting for some of the money back as I have been paid in drips and drabs, which I add is still a lot outstanding to me. Bearing in mind, he has sold the car again, so he has had the money twice for the same car. I have numerous messages from him promising me that the full money will be this day n that day (which i have kept every message), but still not the full amount back to me. I am now speaking to citizens advice, trading standards, and the financial services ombudsman as this is appalling how you can treat customers like this. Nowt but a liar comes a cross as all nice and understanding known fine well what he is doing. I have given him the benefit of the doubt on numerous occasions, I advised him what I will be doing, seeking advice from the above companies and also posting this all over social media. All the messages will be posted, and you can see why I am so frustrated with this.
