(I Would Really Avoid This Company Big Time)
I decided to buy a black 2018 Ford Kuga from them that they had for sale, I really liked the car and was really happy with it.
Unfortunately the following day I was told by a professional panel beater that the car had been in an accident, He then showed me were, It had a New Passenger Front Wing and a bonnet that, He showed me that there was also No paint on any of the nuts that held the wing and the bonnet on the car proving it had had an accident, Also the bonnet was out of alignment.
Also the Vehicle had the Wring battery on the vehicle which was causing some electrical shortages, I then had to get a new battery and have it fitted y Ford at a cost of £357 which they wouldn’t pay for and also tried to say that after going there (very cheap basic) HPi that the car had had no accidents, I said they should of had it visually inspected not just rely on a very cheap HPi (Not The Real HPi).
They were Not prepared to do anything except Re Align the bonnet which I would have had to pay for my time to go to them which is quite a long way from me.
They were great at selling you the car but then didn’t want to know you once you had the car.
They said we don’t want to deal with me anymore and that they passed everything on to there Legal Team & that they would be in touch with me (Which Never Happened) So I contacted them again to send me there legal teams contact number which they never did.
So if your thinking of buying A Vehicle from these then make sure you have it Inspected First.
They use one of the back door car (HPi) checks which guarantees nothing.
I’ve reported them to Trading Standard's.
Bad Salesmen & Bad Backup.
(So A Few Months On)
So the Sun started coming out and getting hotter so I went to turn the Aircon on and to my surprise there was no Aircon, Took it to M53 Ford who after diagnosing the problem said there was A Leak in the Aircon, £1000 Later its now fixed.
This Companies an Absolute Joke, Nice to your face to sell the cars to you but then rude and obnoxious when you tell them it’s got problems.

I bought a Renault Koleos from this dealership, and it has been the most dangerous experience of my life.
CRIMINALLY UNROADWORTHY: I was sold a car with 0% brake pads (metal-on-metal) and an illegal tyre. I was told the car was safe, but I was unknowingly transporting my young child in a "death trap." When I raised this, the dealer told me to "keep driving it."
SERVICE FRAUD: The car was sold with a "fresh service" stamp. My independent mechanic confirmed the oil and filters hadn't been touched. Falsifying service records is fraud, plain and simple.
FLOODED & MOULDY: The car has been sitting in water for months. The carpets are saturated, and active mould is now growing inside. This is a massive health hazard for my family and a disaster for the car's electrics.
TOTAL LACK OF CARE: They claim to have "15 years of experience," yet they failed to spot (or ignored) life-threatening defects.
I have reported this business to the DVSA for the fraudulent MOT, the Police for Fraud, and the Finance Company.
They will be closed down very soon as i have the old brakes, statements from garage, and for fraud.
PARENTS BEWARE: Do not trust their "Pre-Delivery Inspections." They put my child’s life at risk for a sale. I wouldn't trust them to sell me a bicycle, let alone a family car. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
