I've been a customer of Stratus car service from November 2023, I am totally disappointed with the service they provided. My car was diagnosed with oil change fault and registered the case within three months of proposed warranty curated by this service team but they never took my case in to account and it took a lot of time for them to get back to me resolving the issue. I felt like their warranty service was a joke because when i contacted them regarding the faults, they mentioned that I should probably go with AA service providers to get my car fixed in local garages as I was having AA warranty scheme. Not only the faults regarding oil change, there was some issues with clutch on normal driving which I promptly mentioned and after several emails and phone calls and weeks and months of waiting, they took my car on a week inspection. I completely depend on my car as a mode of transport for work as I work remotely and use my own transport back and forth every day and had to wait almost two weeks to get a courtesy car from them while they took my car for inspection and after few days I got an email quoting that my car doesn't have any issue with oil change or anything, all the faults reported by me was not inspected in their check, clutch seems to be fine and verified that my car is perfectly ok for motoring, also claimed that as a part of service they have done oil changing.I took my car back and it has got the same issues I had before, on my way back I had same clutch faults as before and it still shows signs of warning of oil change after 1900 miles and they haven't done any required service to resolve my issues which I raised. I travelled one way for 4-5 hours to reach their service point to drop off my car for inspection and to collect it back, I faced the same issues I had before as I was travelling back after the car collection at their service point , It completely felt like a joke for me. Mr.James, customer service operator whom I spoke to never had any intentions to get my case solved and thus I had to wait weeks and months to diagnose my car at their service point. I wouldn't recommend this service especially their service team is felt a big joke, strongly not recommended their service, Totally not worth it.

AVOID absolutely dreadful company to… AVOID absolutely dreadful company to use!!!! I have never in all the time I’ve bought vehicles had this kind of treatment in my life !!! Don’t part exchange your vehicle here!! They take it on a test run then take it to the workshop with under qualified people and then break your car !! Obviously this was done to get a cheaper price for my trade in vehicle! But it is a high performance car which they had no idea about at all and would need to have specialist look at it not hillbilly’s ! And they couldn’t get the car to start again then said it was our responsibility!!! Honestly I’ve haven’t come across such a cowboy company ever ! I know a lot about cars and have always been into cars and bikes and never had this kind of treatment ever ,, please avoid !! This was me given this company a second chance and they blow it big time I will be taking this further ! As this company needs to be shut down asap
