I brought a Ford Focus on a Tuesday which was advertised as FSH and comes with free AA breakdown cover and a 12 month warranty, Eddy stated it would come with a new service including air filter/fuel filter, replace 2x bald tyres and fix the fault with the ABS (warning light on dash) and a fresh MOT, Eddy stated if I paid for the car he would complete everything and would deliver the car Thursday, Eddy has the gift of the gab!!! I feel embarrassed that I believed what he told me. Eddy failed to deliver the car on 3 occasions, he finally delivered the focus 2 weeks later and not in the afternoon when I said I would be home but 8:30 in the morning. When I returned from work this is what I found. No service history (been misplaced) No service completed (low dirty oil) Dirty air and fuel filter 2x second hand tyres ( different size) ABS warning light ( within 5 mins ) Engine management light on Exhaust cables tied up Rear wiper broke Front n/s side light bulb broke Rear n/s break light out How it got through a mot I have no idea. I called Eddy and stated I wanted a refund to which he would call me back!!!!! Eddy wouldnt answer his phone or reply to messages. I attempted to drive the car back to Suffolk cars for a refund only for the ABS warning light and engine management light to come on within 5 mins and 20mins later half way to the garage it broke down. I had to pay £120 for the AA to tow my to the garage as the free cover Eddy gave me was a lie!!!! The AA guy said there was multiple faults stored in the ecu and that someone had just tried to clear the faults. Seems that’s how Eddy fix warning lights ( just clear codes) Still waiting for a refund and Eddy again will not answer or reply to calls. I’ve now in process of taken court action against Eddy and Suffolk cars.

BEWARE Beware, Garage Removed parcel shelf before delivering car Car somehow passed a mot with issues New tyre fitted has defects Bushes gone Screen washers not working Major oil leak Dash warning lights on Car c/d player was removed after I paid, Faults were not fixed prior to taken delivery of car ( garage turned warning light off) All service history got lost All old Invoices got lost Car came without a vehicle check, Low oil, dirty air filter low coolant Warning lights on within minutes (same parts that they stated they fixed) they again just reset the warning lights instead of fixing the issues. No AA breakdown cover Sold a 12 month warranty from Wms but still waiting for the issues to be fixed Promise the world but all you get is lies Reported to both motor ombudsman and the AA promise which are investigating and now I’ve started legal action
