Car reg YP68BXD .Absolute scums on the earth , do not buy from them . I bought a car from them approved BMW series one year 2018 reg no. YP68BXD cost me £18500. I asked them if there was any mark or scratches I need to be aware of but both sale guy Jon dulieu and the manager told me that there is no mark or scratches on bodywork and I don’t need to be worried about anything. Just before they sent me the car Jon told me that there is a scratch on the car that need to be fixed so I asked him again is there any mark or anything like that but he told me that it was the only mark and he will get it done. When I received my car I found over 20 chips on the bodywork , a massive chip on the windscreen and front bumper was quite damaged as you can see in the pics and windscreen wipers were not in good condition either and the car was delivered in very bad condition so I phoned them straight away and guess what they were not mr nice anymore and business manager literally told me to not to talk over him while I was explaining the whole situation. They offered me 300£ to get the bumper fixed and I told them no because why would they lie in the first place that there is no mark or scratch and send me a car full of chips and why should I waste my time get it fixed. They agreed to take the car back and now they are charging me £500 for returning the car . Avoid them at any cost if you can . I don’t know how they are allowed to run this business. They are all nice to start with but rude once there’s an issue . I had to call over 50 times to get it resolved and now they are charging me £500 for returning the car which they shouldn’t have sent me in first place . And sales guy JON DULIEU is full of lies , avoid him at any cost . Business manger Claire read wanted to charge me £200 for driving the car for 400 miles but when I told her that i have pics to prove that I haven’t drove the car that much coz i took the pics when the car was delivered and picked up then she phoned back and said it was 200 miles and gonna charge me 50p per mile. I sent her an email with my bank details on 2nd of Jan to refund the remaining amount but she didn’t and tried to get in touch with her for 3 days but she didn’t call back or answered my calls. I had to call sytner head office to get my remaining money refunded I lost £600 altogether to them but im warning you all not to get trapped with these guys , They will do everything to keep your money and ignore your calls once they got you . The car is on there website again to sell , avoid buying it
