I bought a Mercedes e class from this dealer, when he described the car over the phone, he said the paintwork was in good condition but the alloys needed a rerfurb and it was mechanically sound and drove like rolls Royce, So I put a deposit down on that basis and he bought the car over. When I checked the car over, the rear bumper was damaged all over but he just dismissed it as wear and tear, the windscreen washer was broken, the wing mirror was broken, there was a large dent on the passenger door, the bonnet catch was broken, the scrolling wheel on the infotainment didn’t work and there was an engine warning light on for a fuel filter replacement. The car was only doing 25 mpg. He said he’d fix these issues but what awful customer service to turn up with undisclosed problems and expect the customer to not notice. Against my advice, my mum chose to go ahead with the purchase anyway. My gut was screaming with bad vibes from this dealer I then asked him if the rear suspension air bags needed replacing because I’ve owned Mercedes for the last 20 years and I know they fail at 100k miles which this car is. He emphatically assured me the air bags were fine, I woke the next morning to find the rear end of the car squatting. So the air bags had failed. I asked for my money back at this point and he got aggressive and very insulting when I returned the car. He tried telling me that Mercedes suspension always drops over night and insisted I know nothing about cars. He’s a fundamental crook who try’s to take advanced of the vulnerable and weak. My mum is a trusting old age pensioner and he used pressure and emotional sob story tactics to get a sale. We’ve lost £200 cost on this car. I would avoid this dealer at all costs

Made genuine enquiries about a car online, this was his reply!! It's very difficult not to respond to an arsole like yourself Who i guess woudnt know a good car if it landed on your head Waisting genuine retailers time hiding behind you computor laptop or whatever hopefully the next oerson who's time you waste will smell you for what you are As you can see a trader to be avoided at all cost!

Absolutely horrific experience! Went to have a look over a car with my friend. Found oil leek and water leak in the boot. As I was looking over the car, the dealer started I intimidating my friend and my partner who was holding my 5 year old! He shouted, told my partner to F off. Angry and aggressive and intimidating threatening behaviour towards all of us. After I mentioned issues so far found, he shouted in my face and Ended up snatched the keys and ran into his house. Claimed he has 5 star reviews and has the best reputation and that we should not be asking any questions about his cars. My friend went back in tears to try get her belonging and deposit back from their house. He then emailed to my friend highlighted his behaviour, and language with a very poor apology. My friend is shaken up and in tears. Absolutely vile!! Disgusting behaviour. Selling Overpriced cars clearly with issues as gets angry when you try to look over it! Do not recommend.

Went to have a look car, and left with big trauma for dealership. First of all dealer talking impropriate language and swearing while we looking car with 5 old kid. So shame dealer can’t control his angry issues and don’t know how to politely answer questions assuming he knows the best about cars. Avoid this dealer due his act and language for preventing yourself for traumatic experiences like me

Please dont use this dealer, the owner is a rude and violent, he swore and threatened me while I was holding my 5 year old simply because we were asking questions about the car. Seemed very untrustworthy and unstable and shouldn't be around the public if he can't control himself and behave in the appropriate manner. Avoid avoid avoid!

Just purchased a suzuki swift from the Cornish car company and can't fault the service we had. we found them to be honest friendly and professional and we are delighted with our new car many thanks

We purchased a car from this company and found within a day that it had a bearing bad in the gearbox. The only real gearbox/clutch company in Cornwall wanted 1400 pounds to rebuild the gearbox and replace the clutch. Mind you the clutch was not worn out but if the gearbox is out, may as well change it. We advised Cornish Car Company of this and they were great. They took the car and repaired the gearbox at their cost and it only cost me parts and minor labor to replace the clutch, bearings and slave cylinder. This was only 160 pounds. They have great communications and are more than friendly. Can't recommend them more!

I agree with the other review stating how dreadful this company is. The man thinks he knows better than anyone but he don't know anything. The most over priced cars in the south west. Steer clear.

I bought a 2007 Toyota Prius from the Cornish car company, They were very fair and honest. the car gave me great service and it was in exceptional condition the mileage at the time was only 68000 very low for its age. I will certainly look to the Company again for service, i highly recommend them
