Excellent Service from Parani. Bought a lovely brand new car and he was very helpful the whole way though. Hes very polite and easy to talk to. I've been to many dealership where the salesman are very pushy however Parani was very calm and friendly.

*AVOID THIS GARAGE THEY ARE LIERS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT* In March I contacted them about my stereo that was stuck on calibration mode. I was book to take my car in on 9th April were they looked at it and told me I needed a radio code and they had emailed suzuki to obtain the code, I would hear from them within 7 days to bring the car back. On the 27th April I called and asked if they had the radio code yet, they said Suzuki head office hadn't replied they was chasing it. On the 20th May the stereo was removed from my car, they told me that the stereo needed unlocking before the updates could be put on and they needed to remove the stereo to send it to suzuki for this to happen. I was told we will call you within 14 days. No phonecall. I called on the 4th July to find out what was going on to be told that the stereo had been wiped clean by suzuki and sent back to them to load updates but they needed to put the stereo back in my car to do so. I booked the car in for 12th July and dropped it off at 9.30am, I waited all day for a phone call and ended up ringing them just before close, they told me the updates would not load and they would continue to try, they kept my car overnight so they could continue trying the next day. I collected my car on the 13th july and they told me they would try again to upload the updates and if they wasn't successful they would sent my stereo back to Suzuki. I called again on 10th August after having absolutely no contact from them and was told it was still with Suzuki Head Office and I would be called when it was back. On the 9th September I called again and asked for an update and was told it was still with Suzuki Head Office. On the 13th September I emailed Suzuki Customer Service and asked what the hell was going on why it was taking so long to fix etc and was told that... 1. They had never asked for A Radio Code back in April, The only communication with Suzuki head office about my car was requesting a stereo update on the 10th May, My stereo was not sent to them in May to wipe clean, it wasn't sent to them in August and it currently wasn't with Suzuki Head Office either. It had never been sent or dealt with by Suzuki. I was told by the Suzuki customer service rep to write a email of complaint to the dealership principal, (who was also present on both occasions when I was told my stereo was being sent to Suzuki) I immediately emailed West London Suzuki after ending the phone call with the Customer Service Rep and she stated she would deal with it from her side. She contacted West London Suzuki and demanded they were to call me and apologised for the lack of customer service etc that day... which didn't happen until 3 days later when she called them again and Suzuki demanded that the stereo was sent to them so they could fix it. On the 27th September Suzuki Head Office contacted me to let me know they had received the stereo and it was with the technicians. They called again on 27th October to ask me if i had received a call from the West London Suzuki to let me know they had my stereo back at their garage and it was ready to be fitted. So she made another call the West london Suzuki to tell them they must call me immediately. I was booked in to have it fitted back into my car on 29th October which was done but the USB connection hasnt been reconnected. (I will find another garage to sort that issue) It took Suzuki Head Office 1 month to fix and send back it to West London Suzuki. I've had 5 months of lies from this garage, 5 months of feeling like a nuisance constantly having to chase them for updates when they weren't doing anything with my stereo. Still haven't had any acknowledgement from them about the complaint I emailed, let alone a reply! The Suzuki regional manager is aware. I will be taking this to the Motor Ombusman and Trading Standards. It seems they have a long history of crap cutomer services going back 8 or more years judging by reviews left on West london Mitsubishi Google reviews! AVOID THIS GARAGE FOR YOUR OWN SANITY
