Bought a car from them Feb 2012 and the following day phoned up to say it had a gearbox problem. Being a Saturday they said they would speak to there mechanic on Monday since the car was covered by 3 months verbal warrantee. Monday afternoon no call so I call for them to turn around and say did I get some quotes since their mechanic didn’t want to touch it and they will only pay half the bill if I send them the receipt. I get the work done after threatening them with trading standard for not offering to pay the whole bill under warrantee and after not hearing from them for a few weeks after they received the bill and not responded to my e-mails I call to be told they wont be threatened with Trading standards so apologised so they would honour there 1st offer of paying half the bill. 5 emails and 13 months later STILL no money from them. Bunch of lying rouge traders.
