Avoid at all costs!!! Brought an 8k car so many faults and issues faulty steering rack currently going through small claims court.

My sister bought a car from here, she has just passed her test and was so excited about getting her first car. Richard has pushed back the collection date over and over, he has not bothered to contact my sister with updates. She has been sat at home waiting for him to call her, nothing, she has had to chase him. It has now been three weeks, and still no car. My sister is so fed up with the crap service she has asked for her money back, she was told the refund would be made today as Richard was on holiday. A refund is yet to be issued, so my sister has no car and no money. Update: The refund has been, issued, no apology, nothing. My sister is out of pocket for the insurance she bought and has had to cancel. Disgusting service from start to finish, we have all the texts as well if this review is claimed to be fake. avoid this place at all costs
