Polestar O2 Concept
Up first is the Polestar O2 Concept. A thing of sheer beauty and although it doesn’t have a confirmed production schedule just yet, it’s expected to be on sale sometime in 2024. It will likely have a range of over 300 miles and its spaceship-like design is truly something to behold.
Genesis Concept
Genesis was on fire at Goodwood. This concept was one of the most eye-catching cars around and it didn't stop there. Genesis also brought its fully electric EV70 to the festival, which is the company’s third electric vehicle and is certainly one to watch.
Fisker Ocean
The Fisker Ocean is one of the most attractive electric SUVs on the market. Well, kind of. We say kind of as it will officially land on our shores in mid-2023 and we can’t wait. Priced at around £35,000 it’s not exactly cheap, but it will cost significantly less than similar electric SUVs from rival brands.
Lotus Eletre
The Lotus Eletre is the world’s first hyper-SUV. If you’re wondering what that means, basically that it’s blisteringly quick! With 600 bhp making sure it gets to 60mph in under three seconds you’ll need a bit of bravery to put your foot to the floor in this. Production is starting later this year, too.
Lucid Air
The Lucid Air is a real eye-catcher and it’s clearly got plenty of performance too. In fact, it won the famous Goodwood Hillclimb for the production car category in a time of 50 seconds. Want one? This is another penciled-in for next summer.
Renault 5
For many people, this was the best of the lot. The iconic Renault 5 has been reborn as an electric and it’s safe to say Renault has nailed it. The R5 electric hatch will go on sale in 2024 with a starting price that is rumoured to be around £17,500.
