AVOID! Ansa Motors Works failed to update BMW digital service and iDrive for the “full servicing” carried on BMW 316i, 2014, model on 20th August 2020 despite booking in advance and giving them nearly a month now to sort it out. Now, they have put their hands up from their responsibilities as they cannot do the BMW digital service and iDrive update and will not reimburse me with the money for these two services to be complete elsewhere. They also tried to charge me more than quoted, continued doing the servicing despite knowing their BMW digital service online was down without my consent even though I explicitly asked for these services when booking. I felt obliged to pay for their partial service and vague checklist, despite that I trusted them to update BMW digital updates at later point. A month later, no progress, lied that BMW digital service/iDrive update was not part of my quote, deliberately did not list it in invoice and now refused to reimburse me to get work done elsewhere. I would STRONGLY DISCOURAGE doing your business ANSA MOTORS WORKS. I was relucted going to them initially due to bad Google reviews but approvedgrages.co.uk and goodgaragescheme.com websites seemed genuine. HOWEVER, DO NOT BE FOOLED. I will no longer go again and actively tell everyone to AVOID.

Avoid! the owner Richard is really rude and has no clue what his doing there. Had to get another mechanic to school him on how to get the job done. Then also has the nerve to apologies months down the line saying he wasn’t in a good place and now wants to have another go trying to fix a problem I already had to pay twice for him to attempt fixing the issues only to end up cause more damage to the car. Seriously avoid this place
