Civic Motoring Services, a Bosch Car Service Centre, is a South Wales based company, formed in 1992, providing a breakdown and recovery service for both light and heavy vehicles, covering all areas between Carmarthen and Port Talbot, with onward recovery throughout mainland UK. Civic Motoring Services were one of the first companies to obtain ISO 9001-2000 and PAS43 accreditation, and is currently working towards PAS80 accreditation, for its workshop and garage service operations, as well as being members of AVRO. We currently provide service to the following organisations: RAC, Call Assist, Equity Red Star, Europ Assistance, Dyfed Powys Police, City & County of Swansea Environment Dept, and DVLA, as well as various other recovery and insurance companies, organisations and main dealers. Civic Motoring Services has invested in a new state of the art one-man operated MOT testing station, which is believed to be the first of its kind in South Wales. This facility for testing Class IV and Class VII vehicles operates 24 hours a day. Our workshop can carry out servicing and repairs, subject to parts availability, 24 hours a day. Civic Motoing Services is also one of the few companies in South Wales that can offer a fuel drainage facility for incorrectly fueled vehicles on demand. We also have the facility to attend to vehicle lock-outs, can arrange tyre replacement, windscreen services, light and heavy vehicle wheel alignment and hydraulic repairs 24/7. We also have a fully equipped mobile vehicle workshop to allow us to attend commercial vehicles roadside. Civic Motoring Services can offer Fleet Customers a bespoke service based on their own individual needs to include regular vehicle inspections and maintenance, vehicle servicing and repairs, and can also offer an accident repair service, with all vehicles washed as part of the service. Should a customer require, we can store spare/reserve vehicles on site with access 24/7. Our workshop supervisors have over 40 years experience in working on all makes of light and heavy vehicles, with all operatives within the company having a wealth of experience in handling fleet customers vehicles and requirements.
