The Citroën Type H is back with 260-mile electric range, modern tech, and classic style. Learn about pricing and specs.

The legendary Citroën Type H van is back, but not quite how you remember it. Thanks to a collaboration between UK-based Citroën 2CV experts, The 2CV Shop, and Italian design firm Caselani, the retro icon has been reborn for modern roads.

Built on the bones of a Citroën Relay, the new Type H keeps the vintage, corrugated look of the original while adding today’s tech and usability. It is a van that turns heads without sacrificing everyday practicality.

Prices start at £52,995 (+VAT) for the electric cab or £63,495 (+VAT) for the full panel van. If you already own a newer Relay from 2019 onwards, you can get yours converted from £24,595. A diesel option is also available starting from £41,995.

The Type H can carry up to 1,385kg and comes in four sizes with up to 17m³ of load space. The electric version offers a 260-mile range from the 110kWh battery along with fast charging up to 150kW, making it ideal for longer trips.

Inside, the cabin is fitted with modern comforts including an HD touchscreen, Apple CarPlay, climate control, Bluetooth, and cruise control to make motorway driving easier.
