zero stars Regarding the 1st review which after that there were surprisingly alot of great reviews which seems a bit strange , seems like this dirty dealer is helping themselves get their ratings up, upon putting van in for first mot it has cost me another £665 for a n/s/f lower suspension arm a new alternator as had to buy 2 new batteries as the van kept breaking down then the 2 new batteries were drained so hence needed a new alternator. this dealer also threatend to sue over honest reviews, the only reason i did these reveiws is so no more vulnerable people get ripped of by this man. and the simple fact that when i asked for a refund due to the sea of faults he said if you want your van on your drive for 7 months good luck as that is how long it will take you to go through the courts as i will not fix it if you go down that route, here is a link to the genuine review. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jaqVuutOAGE

part exhanged a van i got from here begining of this year for a newer vivaro. got a decent price and a good deal on new one i come down from manchester and got good deal.

Cannot fault this company bought a van from them, service first class wouldn’t hesitate travelling from London to Bristol again if need be

brought a crewcab for work after a couple of weeks it started making a noise changing into 2nd gear nothing bad but they said bring it back and we will have it looked at. Im giving them 5 stars based on the effeciency and consistency of the process they took. The van was fine we could of continued using it , it did not do it all the time. These guys said leave it here we will get it repaired as soon as the mechanic can book it in and we did not expect this and of course we had no vehicle to get home. They lent us a van until ours was ready to collect and this is the 5 star rating if not more as we alsoo have a company lease van and we took that to ford for its service and was told to leave it a week due to timing kit needed and if we wanted a courtesy vehicle wed have to book one and its a 10 week waiting list. So absolute 10 stars in our opinion HIGHLY RECCOMEND, not the quickest at answering the phone but however always respond.

Got flat bed from A37 few months back 5 stars all going well took DVLa time for log book but the truck is a treat

Brought a Mercedes sprinter minibus 8 weeks ago to make into a race van. Van is 2002 model so didn't expect a brand new vehicle, it was hard to find the right vehicle to convert. We live in Preston was a long drive but worth it. Will only say was hard to get through on the phone but emailed and got a response.

Brought a Vivaro 4 months ago we live roughly 55 miles from A37 sales. Last week it had a slight issue with changing gear , I called them up it took a while to get through. My warranty had ran out but fair play to then someone came out the following day and took the van for a drive came back told me that the clutch needed a part. It was ordered and fixed within 3 days the van was out of warranty so was taken by surprise.

Great customer service, a lot of stock looking to convert a camper. Ollie was knowledgeable on how to do the conversion, costs to take into consideration. We did not purchase yesterday but the information given has now helped us in choice and on our next day off will road test a few and purchase. A37 cvs was recommended by a friend who recently did a conversion and we can see why. Highly recommend
