Collected a 2014 Mercedes sprinter 2 months ago 100% great van small team busy place.

I have been asked to leave a review today we brought a little connect 6 weeks ago. Fantastic did a few extras on our request has to wait an extra day this was only waiting on parts.

Both my son and I have bought vehicles from this dealership. My son had absolutely no problem with his car and he's got an absolute gem. I went back three months later for a work van and purchased a Ford Transit. Unfortunately it broke down a couple of times in the first week. However Mr Moore was absolutely brilliant. He arranged to get my van fixed and provided me with a loan van for the week. When my original van couldn't be fixed quickly enough for me, Mr Moore allowed me to pick another van off the forecourt, and I paid no more than what I had originally paid. He arranged an MOT, fixed a few minor defects and I drove away with a great van. All the time he kept in contact by phone and by text and and couldn't have been more helpful. It's not the biggest or quickest dealership, but the customer service was excellent and as a result I ended up with a better van than I originally had.

I am not going to on line name the wrong individual if anything we reached out so many times to offer help , assurance , at one point a courtesy car of which he declined and said he didn't need transport?? We couldn't do anything right and every customer who we have delt with will have experienced how busy we are but we get the job done. We are not a main dealership We don't have mechanics on site Everything we have done we pay for that service. The business can easily have his bogus reviews removed as stated by their own policy , Google states on their website how 'reviews that violate the Google review policies can be removed'. However we are intrigued to what next and also I.T. and phones etc are fantastic to track , trace etc everything leaves a data mark. We will be asking customers to add reviews now , from this point on and to also contact those of the past to leave feedback of their own free will

Brought a Berlingo for me , my business grew so sold the van privately and brought another van - a transit A very busy place service great could do with more staff however treated me well and vehicles great and recommend another friend who also purchased from there.

In response to the reviews I may like to reply and advise that this is one customer using many different accounts to carry out a vindictive and totally bogus scenarios. Firstly for this customer to actually state on line that we handed details to companies to call him is by far beyond the imagination. This customer we moved heaven and earth for , I won't list the unreal items he had a mechanic visit him but one for example was he couldn't undo his water bottle. Yes that cost us a call out and the lid unscrewed simply like any other. He then states on one occasion the mechanic didn't attend yet the mechanic had tracking data on his van to prove he had visited yet the customer said he checked his cctv and no one came, yet to contradict himself in another phone call from the customer he was worried about a door not locking 'which it did once visited ' so our receptionist said we will get someone to you first thing but park it on your drive etc and at least it's safe - the customer said it's not safe I don't have cctv ?? To also contradict everything this person is doing as he doesn't work as he had stated to us he had mental health issues which we are mindful of , we have had ever accident company , health company, you name it they have called us after his you tube video. The 6.30am viewing ? The vehicle was sold feel free to check free vehicle checker it will state day of change of keeper. This individual will keep going and keep posting negative reviews and to counter act that as we sell over 40 vehicles a month I could request every customer to leave a review. As for painting vehicles? If a vehicle needs bodywork we send it for painting however to paint steel wheels either black or silver as factory colour is by far better than looking worn especially if a vehicle is 15 years old. I'm a female I am 39 I have to use a bit of colour everyday it's not cheating anyone it's simply making presentation better. This is the only reply he will get from us , he has all day every day to create new accounts and write another review every day so I expect to see another 365 this time next year.

Visited this used van dealer a few weeks ago and upon viewing most of their vans thery are patching them up by using spray paint to hide rust spots spraying the wheels so you cant really see their condition, So i cant seem to imagine what they are hiding inside , ive decided to avoid this dealership and purchase elsewhere.

Hi recently tried to purchase a minibus from this company but due to my nature of work would have been only able to go in early to view it so emailed them asking if I could pop in between 6 and 6-30 am to get a reply of 6am ?? For a £12000 van And after another email explaining they decided to ignore me . I'm now on a plane to Dublin as I stated to them but as this was an early request they decided to be lazy and lose a sale which I'm glad as I have noticed more terrible reviews for this company on here and YouTube where they seem to have used very dirty tactics to make sure they didn't give that customer a refund so avoiding this company is highly recommended

Also in the last few days as i assume they have seen this review they have been adding my mobile and email to anxiety / funeral plans /self harm/ power company ect/surveys so they have all been calling all day long and are also disgusted with what he is doing but nicely provided the ip address signature provided by sky from where it was sent so will be reporting them to the police with the evidence. would be good to see a comment back from them but I highly doubt it.
