I would rather give this no stars as im disabled and they ripped me off bought a van for nearly 5k after i gave the money over he said there was no v5 and 1 key + cracked windscreen, he said i would have to apply for the v5, i got the v5 in the end but no history and had nothing but problems with it the brakes failed with my children in the van +clutch it was losing all water too +multiple other faults it was off the road 3 weeks of the warranty it runs now but with multiple faults oils lights ect the company blocked and ignored my calls and texts kept saying they will fix it and saying mechanic would be here while i waited in weeks for nothing they fixed the brakes with second hand parts when i asked for a refund they said good luck as i would have the van on my drive 4-7 months as they wont fix the brakes if i want a refund and would have to wait for the courts so they also used a bullying tactic on me. the guys name is supposed to be chris but from email he is called sam brooks so probably using fake names too , I dont want anyone to have to go through what i have had to with this company aviod them at all costs as any vehicle you buy from them could be very unsafe as no mechanical checks were made on the van i bought before i purchased it i beleive after the covid-19 he used me for fast cash to keep his bussiness running {JUST TO NOTE HE IS SUPPOSED TO BE MOVING HIS COMPANY TO STOCKWOOD}Anyone who wants proof i have it all phone logs txt pictures
