Ripped me off, awful customer service

i asked for a refund under the consumer rights act 2015 but he threatened that i would have a dead van on the drive for 7 months as he wouldnt fix it if i went down the route of a refund and thats how long it would take for me to take him to court. UPDATE £500-600 to have the dpf cleaned and sensors {THIS VAN SHOULD HAVE BEEN REFUNDED}

Just an update 2 engine lights on limp mode again turbo gone so this is going to cost me again / HARDLY ANY USE / AVOID BUYING

Brought my transit there in late January Van is I good condition and despite all the issues in the country these guys were very professional in social distance and even anti bacterial the keys before handing them to us- very impressed

Would give 8 starts Brought Renault traffic and couldn't get a better service especially in the circumstances. Stuck to the rules of the pandemic and genuine guys

Absolutely awful service from these cowboys I am now taking legal action as I bought a van from them in September and it has broken down in November, issue still not resolved, ignores phonecalls

Ok it's ripped off now , firstly how many identities will you hide behind. Secondly after your little tantrum we sent texts to customers with this link some fed back some didn't some we thought would say more or less it was a not a risk we are being transparent. Two of these individuals are retired police officers , I won't say which one but he left a great review - I don't have to inform you of harassment and hate crime. We will proceed please give us one more review from another bogus account
