Bought a VW Golf car from this company just over 5 months ago, a couple of problems emerged. I gave them a call and they promptly arranged for the car to be brought back in. There was no hesitation, no fuss, no quibble. My car was sorted and returned to me later that day. This is customer service how it should be done. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Very pleasant experience buying my car today. Harry sorted everything out and made the transaction super quick and easy. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with car superstores and I’d go back here, or a smaller business every time now. Car looks in great condition and runs very well, although I’ve only had it a day so it’s difficult to write a full review, but given the history of the car and the obvious care given to it by all at Car Central it looks like a fantastic purchase.

AVOID - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I bought a Mini Countryman from them on 24th March 23 there were multiple faults with the car, which they denied but I took it to a garage and they confirmed there were some serious faults and to take it back, so I decided to reject the car. The dealership had the car back on 4th April 23, they then started to ignore my calls, emails and texts as I was asking for the finance to be unwound and refund me my £1k deposit. After lots of emails and calls finally on 11th May 23 the finance company received there money back and the finance was unwound, I was still waiting for my refund, I emailed and called pretty much everyday and they just kept fobbing me off. I ended up speaking to the Citizens Advice Bureau they advised to take them to small claims court. I finally got my money back on 16th June 23 after doing an online money claims against them. They treated me terribly and I would hate for someone else to get treated the same way. The car is up for sale again! Please avoid.

Best used car dealer ive bought from. Honest, and straight talking. Bought a great first car for my son, and will most defintley return when i upgrade my car.
