Their level a customer care is unmatched. I took my wife to buy a new car and the team at this place were great. They didn't pressure us while we were looking around and when we had questions, they were more than happy to help. I would defiantly recommend Car Central.

I was recommended Car Central by a friend, who bought a car recently from Car Central. Staff are professional, yet friendly and straight on it. Manager is also professional, straight to the point, explaining your options and what happens next etc... doesn't waste your time, just very smooth and reliable/honest. Thanking you all for such great customer services, you shall be mine/husbands referral for everyone we know who needs a car or any sort of car related queries. Please do keep up the good work, and in my opinion having I work with customers too for many years and have the experience, you'll always get the grumpy one or couple of customers where nothing is ever good enough no matter how much you try. *Wink* continue to stay put and calm, keep it moving

Can't rate this place high enough. The manager is a straight talking honest guy.I loved his sales approach. No hassles or pressure into buying or committing to buy a car. I told him what I was after and he shortlisted a number of cars, which we then went through and decided which was best for me. I have to give a massive thank you to Harry who helped and offered impartial advice. A very tailored, personal service and I'm overjoyed with my purchase. I'll be recommending this place to all my friends

Probably the worst experience ever buying a car for CarHub Birmingham. Amongst poor communication from the offset and multiple chasing I chose to return a vehicle based on their no questions asked document I signed when the Vehicle was delivered however this same document was not presented in the Sales Pack. Car was returned 24th March and was returned on 14th Day at my own expense as I wasn't confident the vehicle would make the 2 hour drive back to the dealership. None of my questions were answered on detailed email including the return on my deposit when I was told was refundable by Harry on a 3 way call with Zuto. A week after the vehicle was returned Zuto told me that CarHub rejected the return of the Vehicle. So I tried to call to understand why, Harry said he would call me back and didn't so I called again and then sent a text massage. He called back immediately whilst shouting at me on the phone telling me what I did wrong and he has been in the business for 30 years, finished the call with telling me he didn't want to speak to me again. Bearing in mind it was the first conversation I had with him since the vehicle was delivered 3 weeks prior - when he also told me he would call back. Fast forward 12 days later they STILL have not returned the funds back to Zuto yet have readvertised the car through their own website and Auto Trader. Funnily enough the information is the same stating the vehicle had a service in February 2023 yet that information was not providing in my Sales Pack, or provided when requested over the phone and not provided when my complaint was raised. Vehicle advertised at 97,500 miles, there is a picture of the dashboard showing 98,836 yet before I left Birmingham I took an image of the Vehicle at 98,857 and I drove home which is approximately 124 miles. So where did them miles go? AA Cars stipulates the dealer must 'honour their obligations under The Consumer Rights Act 2015 to protect your purchase'. Their Sales Pack stipulates 'we will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days' Zuto have contracted them directly and ofcourse found Harry to be rude and further calls have not been returned. They have ignored both Zuto and Marsh Finance would not want anyone to have the stress of dealing with such an unprofessional business.

What an absolute pleasure doing business with this company. Harry is a consummate professional, an honest , straight talking guy who puts his customers first . I bought a MINT BMW FROM him , and from start to finish he treated me like family. The car was prepped to the very highest standard possible. Cant recommend this place enough
