Bought a car advertised as working. Failed MOT then passed with several advisorys which are left for me to pay for. Along with engineer report. Then within 80 miles the car developed a safety fault which was palmed off and bandaged up. Refused to accept faults refused statutory rights and became abusive and threatened to dump the car they just sold me in the street. Also allowed me to drive an MOT failure test drive. Lawyers and trading standards and maybe police now active . DO NOT ENTERTAIN THESE CROOKS. YOU WILL BE ROBBED.

Bought a used Volvo V50 from them. Not the cleanest of cars but from an initial inspection looked honest enough. After getting the car home and inspecting it properly, I found a raft of potential defects that would have made it impossible to pass an MOT. This on a car that had 12 months MOT upon purchase. Phoned the garage to be told there was no faults when it left, as others have mentioned in these reviews. I've corrected many of the issues myself and after considerable investment I have a car that is reliable and importantly safe. Regardless of parts needing replaced, these are age dependent and buying a car at 8 years plus you will always have things like that to do. This can, to a point be forgiven. What cannot be forgiven is welding structural points on the car so poorly that they can be pulled apart. After cleaning up the area and rewelding myself, it was clear that they'd attempted to take a tired car and make it better but failed miserably. Not going to knock a small business trying to make some cash, but honestly guys, with just a little more effort you'd grow your business rather than see it having a growing disgruntled customer base. Try harder next time.

Do not buy a car from these crooks.... They are total bandits. The cars are bodged together with masking tape to sell them. The second you drive away they will laugh at you... KEEP AWAY... ALSO WATCH OUT FOR JACK AND LIAM They are thieves.

Bought a car a month ago and have had to spend another £600 on maintaining the safety of the car. They performed an MOT and I found out that one of the tyres was bordering on replacement and there was little to no oil. On top of fixing those, the exhaust has also needed replacing. I would NEVER use this company and I question the legitimacy of their MOT.

Hi got my BMW last week of Paul had a wee bit of problem with my rear bumper the trim had a crack on it next day called Paul with no problem he ordered new part from BMW garage the same day picked up part next day grate bunch of lads over the moon with car will be visiting them in near future for my next car once again Paul and the lads thank you so much

the worst company you can buy a car from. rude staff and cars with dozens of problems being sold, don't expect any help or any response from Jack or Liam to your calls or emails. I was told they would cover any cost of repairs ....yet when the bill come they will laugh at you. crooks and thieves. keep away at all costs.... had the car 2 weeks and already paid out over £1000 and they could not care less..... bandits and criminals

We bought a car from here was a death trap breaks are metal to metal tried to take it back day after bit they said they would take 1000 off price if we wanted money back we said we wanted them to fix it so they agreed to this and they done nothing to it . Now we are having to go down the legal route . How they have been getting away with this i really dont know

First of all the person I am most mad at is myself for having anything to do with this company. Lock yourself in a dark room and have a serious word with yourself and have nothing to do with this company, They will promise you everything and give you nothing. 30 days warranty but you have to get the car back to them, no breakdown cover, the car I purchased had numerous faults and parts missing, no tyre repair kit or compressor, told do not need one, no parcel shelf, told don't need one. I could go on but take my advice and walk away.

1 star is too much. If I could leave negative stars I would. Purchased a car in February and after getting the vehicle independently checked there were numerous faults identified, including coils springs snapped, oil leak at engine, brake cable stretched, broken drive shaft and a few other minor faults. Contacted the garage and discussed faults identified along with the apparent warranty they give you (which doesn’t exist) and apparently all this happens within 10 miles of driving home however they agreed to take it back to fix some of the repairs however upon taking the car and back and then collecting again there was only 1 fault repaired, instead they left my car parked in a public car park after being used for general use due to the miles on my car. After getting the car checked again it was recognised that nothing had been repaired, instead they used my vehicle for personal use and didn’t in fact fix anything. Approached the salesman Paul who sold me the car to advise I would seek advise, to which his reply was ‘you do that because I have lots of other customers doing this too’. The service from here is absolutely appalling and i have since discovered it has a bad reputation amongst the people of cumbernauld and it has been bought over many times. I hope enough people take action against the people responsible for the running of this garage.

The owner was literally ready to have a fight when I requested to get a deposit back after I saw the car that had significant marks and rust. Don’t trust anything this company does. Avoid at any cost.
