As all the reviews say. These thief's are estimating that they will beat customers every time. These charlatans need court cases.many court cases. Trading standards want them. Avoid these SCUMBAGS.

Bought chrysler 300c they said would de delivered by end of week. Four weeks weren't by still did not get car they said gear box was not right so I picked audi said itt was going in for mot next day and I would receive car in couple of days car. Failed on brakes discs corroded brake pipes and more said it would be fixed a d he would phone me when car was ready he has not phoned me once I had to phone them I phoned up a d he said car was xgeting delivered next day so I said OK next day guess what no car I phoned up and got told driver was in an accident and had to return back to garage I told him I was wanting my money back and he said I had to wait at least 24 hrs so I said I would be up next day around 11.30 got their just after 11 amhe said his boss was on computer and could we return in 1 hr got back 1hr later boss was still at computer and it would be at least another hour the boss finally left to get my money and was back in 10 minutes Paul called me into office. To pay me my deposit back he gave me which he said was 1000 in 100 notes 1000 in 50 notes which I did not count and the rest in 20 and 10 notes I lost 55 pounds I gave him to put petrol in car as he said he put in car I did not even receive I also lost 50 pound for delivery which was not even delivered so got deposit back but when we got on motorway to get home I counted the money and their was only 8 100 notes and not ten but their was extra 20 pounds. Which they put in instead of 2 hundred pound notes so my driver was on motorway and we could not turn back so I got on phone back to office and Paul said he would check his counting machine as it might be stuck in their he said I will phone you back in 1 hour you guessed it no phone call or money his boss is an ignorant rat as he made us wait all that time to go and get my deposit back as every time he came out of his office he could not even talk to us I hope the 200 pound chokes him I just wish I had read reviews before I left deposit for the 2 cars I did not receive the goods news is I got car 2009 jaguar xf from h and a motors 64 bridge street Newbridge Edinburgh eh28 8sh for 5000 and I am very happy with my purchase pleas don't be fooled by these two con men not so much Paul the other one is the one to watch don't know his name and never want to

These guys sell scrap cars, covered up to get out the door Jack, liam and Paul are all lying stealing grubs. I used my 14 day money back clause from a lawyer. Car was not fit for purpose it was intended for. In fact the car was a pile of s**t . I was over from abroad for family reasons and the car broke down 4 times in 5 days and I got it towed back to them to start the fight for refund. DONT LET JACK AWAY WITH HIS LOW LIFE SCAMS

Bought a van in March never had a problem with it apart from a window that needed a motor, it took a while to get fixed but they have fixed it due to my commitments aswell as parts being on back order, always replied to messages sometimes took abit longer, but people are busy and have holidays and such. Probably would buy from them again tbh.

I bought several cars from them and never had any problems with any of them. I am their regular customer and I will come back more than once

Went up to buy a car from them as they brought car to me they had to push it to put petrol in the sakes person called Paul Couldn't even put petrol in as someone had stuck a diesel tube in the petrol cap and pushed it right out car was a pure mess I had just at that point paid£4.250 for a heap of crap demand my money back and he said no they took car down to mechanic there was 3 of them trying to fix it with spanners .screwdrivers you name it at this point I was totally livid with him shouting and going crazy he eventually after screaming and shouting it him I was getting police he gave me a refund so please guys DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM I was lucky be very careful if I got them to deliver I would have no chance getting ma money back

when Cumbernauld Car Sales delivered my car the delivery driver panicked as my car almost rolled off the end of the trailer as he leveraged it upwards, I chortled thinking it amusing that they had forgotten to put the handbrake on. In shock I then found out the handbrake hardly worked at all and the car was sold with a tyre that needed to be replaced. Then the engine warning light came on.... and they made me pay for the new engine!!! OMG these guys are absolute rogues, please avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*** as others have found, yes indeed this company are awful! *** they will willingly sell you a car they know has faults and when you return it for repair they will charge you! warranty will only cover sudden failure, not pre-existing faults, so is therefore worthless. this lot will of course say there were no pre-existing faults, even though there clearly were, so you have to pay. they know their cars are crap and need repairs - sadly they just don't care I have now spend at least what I paid for the car in repairs and I'm finally in the process of getting rid of it, hardly any miles since purchase due to WFH. - Jack arranged for the engine to be replaced in the car, at my expense of course - I asked him if it would get me home when I picked it up, it did but only just with a warning light on. second trip out the engine overheated and I had to be recovered to a local garage by the AA. - car was also retuned to me filthy they had had it for so long, when I went along to collect it they actually brought me wrong the car. I should have taken it, couldn't have been any worse! Actually, hold that thought, maybe it could :s Tips from my experience: -------------------------- Buy from a main dealer whose reputation and customer service are at stake or research the small independent dealers thoroughly before purchasing. Finally, remember any faults within 30 days you are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked - it's the law!

Please avoid like the plague, we purchased a car from them which was faulty from day one, they wouldn't accept it back, had to pay for inspections and reports to be done, it should have not have passed an mot, turbo was broken so limp home mode, they are very good at covering faults these lot, it needed mounts everywhere, the whole underneath of the car was heavily undersealed, faulty breaks, alot of lights on the dash, the list goes on, we had to pay £150 to have the car recovered back to them, after nearly 2 months of fighting them the only way we could get money back was to accept another £500 loss, these guys are a bunch of crooks, do some research, 99 per cent of reviews are horrific, ive spoken to others who have had accidents in cars just purchased from them, they also get very cheeky and ignorant when you do finally get back through to them
