Absolutely shocking experience with Gd Motors. I purchased a car from them in February 2026 and paid for it outright. I was assured the blower fan issue would be fixed as they were “waiting for the part,” and told that if anything went wrong, I could bring the car back and it would be sorted. That has not happened. Communication has been terrible from the start — I’ve repeatedly had to chase, been promised call backs that never came, and once they had my money, the service completely dropped off. The condition of the car was even worse than expected. I was told a tyre had been repaired, but the car started pulling badly to the right. When I had it checked elsewhere, I was told the tyres were dangerous: one still had a puncture, one was extremely old and unsafe, one had no tread left, and the other was also heavily worn. This car should never have been sold in that condition. I had my 8-month-old baby in the car and was allowed to drive away on unsafe tyres — completely unacceptable. I’ve now had to pay £268 out of my own pocket to replace all four tyres. I also previously left a negative review and was told to remove it in order to get the blower fixed. I did this in good faith, and now I’m dealing with even more issues. I have since formally contacted them about this and, despite everything, I am now being completely ignored with no response. Avoid at all costs — unsafe vehicles, broken promises, and zero accountability.
