I strongly advise against selling your car to this company—they are completely untrustworthy! It’s been a month and a half since I sold them my perfectly functional VW Touran. I was promised full payment on 7th November, but today marks a month since that promise was made, and I still haven’t received it. Throughout this period, I’ve been repeatedly fed the same excuses and lies. They promised call-backs that never happened, and the overall service I’ve received has been appalling. According to the official government website, the company’s headquarters in Newcastle has gone bust. Despite this, they continue to operate, and their communication is deceitful. Once you hand over your car, they don’t notify you of its sale or keep you informed. They treat you well until they have your car, but once it’s sold, they drop you like spurs dropped their points. Jane and Ian, in particular, seem to specialize in making excuses rather than resolving issues. At this point, I’m left with no choice but to pursue court action to claim the money I am owed. Do yourself a favor: avoid this company at all costs. They are dishonest

THIS COMPANY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY!! If I could give a zero I would. It’s been a month and a half since they sold my perfectly fine vw touran, I was promised full payment on 7 Nov and today marks a month since that claim was made and a month and a half since the car was sold ,I was fed the same lies and excuses over and over again I was always promised a call back which never came and the service I received from this company was poor, on the official govt website it mentions how the company headquarters in Newcastle went bust, when you sell your car they don’t even notify you and they tell you to forget about it,once handed in they treat you like royalty up until you bring the car in but once it’s sold your out of their interest, furthermore Jane and Ian will always give excuses instead of making the payment which leaves me with only one option which is COURT ACTION!!! Ps: DONT EVER SELL YOUR CAR TO THIS COMPANY THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY!
