I bought a car through finance from this dealership. Less than 3 months the car broke down. They collected the car for repairs. The car was with them for weeks without making any progress. My broker advised that I unwind the contract which was successful but I still have not received my deposit. It’s been over 3 months since the contract unwind. They’ve been ignoring my calls and messages. Please avoid this dealership.

I bought a used car from this dealership in October 2024, advertised as having 12 months MOT. When we went to collect the car, the dealer was not there, he had take car for its MOT, so the MOT was carried out on the morning of collection, and passed with no advisories. Less than a year and under 4900 miles later, the car failed its MOT on multiple major safety defects, including serious suspension and steering faults that any competent MOT should have identified, and an incorrectly sized tyre, that has not been changed since purchase. The matter has now been reported to the DVSA for investigation along with all the evidence. The dealership was given multiple opportunities to resolve this but did not respond to letters or calls. The car was purchased for a young driver, making this especially concerning. I have full documentation that has now all been passed to DVSA.
