Should be a zero... terrible place so avoid like the plague. Had our nissan 1 day and it broke down on the motorway with young children in the car!. Took car back 3 weeks later they said they had fixed it, again had the car 2 weeks and it went wrong again, took car to independent garage who advised clutch was gone , advised javed we wanted money back , initially he wasn't available as he was on holiday, so had to wait another 3 weeks to speak to him, then he said it would take 15 days to get refund as in hes words " I'm not a bank" he then still took 575 off ... dishonest person who comes across nice to start with but avoids calls and becomes abusive once he has your money. AVOID AVOID AVOID

If I could get zero I would . Unprofessional, very unhelpful, should not be allowed to trade. Kept the car for 11 days and still didn’t fix it, then the car over heated and looks like a water leak from the radiator.. and said it’s wear and tear , I could understand that if I drive the car .. so if it’s wear and tear it would have been from your company as u had possession of the car .. what a load of shambles.. people do not get a car from them

Disgraceful, dishonest and a bunch of cowboys. Paid £5,650 for 13 plate clio. No logbook but assured us to just go to the postoffice with a form they filled out for us, to tax it and request new logbook (still taxed till following month). Not possible, even spoke to DVLA, have a 4 week wait for logbook before being able to get a new logbook and renew the tax. Daughter driving car as we assumed the tax was valid (now been informed by DVLA that it wasnt as it wouldnt cover new driver). 9 days after purchase clutch problems. They had the car 8 days and was still waiting for the part. (normal mechanics have deliveries within 24 hours). Have finally requested a refund as they cant give a definite date for it to be fixed just that it could be tomorrow!! They took £575 off the refund, as they had added that to the warranty terms, 'if we (as a customer) weren't prepared to wait for any repairs then we will lose that amount'. they have had the car longer than we have and with no guaranteed time of it actually being fixed. 8 days is long enough to wait then request the money back. Tried to fob us off with another car as a courtesy saying we will be covered for insurance, like id trust that one. We have an extremely upset 18 year old daughter now without a car and £575 less than she started with. Do not trust, extremely dodgy people, shame i didnt see the online reviews before buying from them...... just spoke to the sales person there, who isn’t the boss but aptly named ‘Jac’. Just like the business name and refusing to give me the boss number. Says it all. Liars as well as scammers
