Customer seemed ok until I got the car. When first enquiring I was told if there was any issue then the repair would be paid for if the issue was small, or if it was a major issue then the car would be returned to the company, repaired and then returned to me free of charge. I had this delivered to my work and so didn’t have the time to test drive but having been told this on the phone and certain this model of car was for me I didn’t see much issue in this. However I soon noticed the car had been delivered with what read on the car computer as 0 miles of fuel. Which is sort of understandable but if my closest garage was any further than a mile from my work this could have been a bigger issue. Also there was no washer fluid in the car which again is only minor but still not a positive sign. Within a minute of driving the tire pressure light came on. I didn't believe this could be a puncture as I had just purchased this and assumed it was just the sensor had not been reset with the new tires. So I reset the sensor when I got home. The Next morning the tire was flat and I made the company aware. I took this to a Kwik-Fit that day and they told me it was a valve issue and that they had fixed it. The next day it was flat again. I took this to a different Kwik-Fit who told me it was an issue with the actual alloy. The company then told me this was not the issue. I later took the wheel off myself to see for myself what the issue could be and it turns out it was a small puncture in the side of the tire. It is a slow puncture and after fully pumped up takes between 1.5-2 hours to trigger the tire pressure warning light and so with this coming on within a minute of me first driving this. It was clearly caused before my purchase and being slow was not evident on delivery. I have had to get a new tire costing myself £74.  This is obviously only a minor issue but it is still one I should not have had to deal with. I have been messaging over text as this seemed to be how I was contacted originally after my enquiry call, but also I prefer to have everything in writing. My texts have since been ignored and so I have emailed in which has also been ignored. Consumer rights state that anything should be fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality when bought which this was not however there has been no attempt from the company to either investigate or help or even respond since the first couple of messages in which they essentially blamed me. You may be able to get a great car from this company. However if you are looking for peace of mind that in the unlikely event there was an issue. I would say not to buy from this company.
