Recently purchased a Mercedes E63 AMG edition 1 for £44,000 and had the car delivered with 2 years warranty. Firstly the car was delivered after doing a deal which I was happy with Cole was polite and sorted the delivery. Car wasnt really prepared right and was a bit scruffy and dirty but I went with it as it was the car I wanted. I had to buy Alcantara cleaner due to the steering wheel being sticky with the last owners dirty on it but after 3 attempts I got it up like new. It was delivered with a missing centre wheel cap and was promised one was being delivered the next day but a month on a despite chasing it still has not turned up! I then drove the car for a week and it felt wrong! Wondering all over the road underload and tram lining. I took it to a trusted tyre shop who after alignment tests showed all 4 wheels shockingly out. I paid £75 to have this sorted and the car drove better. However, next was the dashboard warning as the car went into limp mode as the air suspension failed, the alert sorted it self with an off/on and has yet to return but now ive had more issues I ll be getting this checked immediately and investigated. Once the car was driving straight I started to use it more further and following my first use on the motorway soon as I got upto 70mph the judder through the whole car started! I took back to my tyre shop to have the wheels balanced but to everyone's horror on the ramp we're all 4 tyres beyond use! The front 2 were shot and illegal and very dangerous (see pictures). The quote to replace these is £1250 which Penny despite 3 calls and messages are simply ignoring me! I part exchanged a car it took them so long to settle the finance i technically missed a payment on my old finance agreement! We were sold 2 years warranty which not only did i have to chase for it to be activated once it was, was for only 18 months and you guessed it, yet to be replied to about and get a new document showing 2 years! All in all a pretty poor service, dirty faulty car on delivery and one that wouldn't pass an MOT! And there after sales service when there's an issue is pretty much none existent.

PLEASE DO NOT USE AS SHOCKING SERVICE AND BUNCH OF COWBOYS. So there best way to deal with an issue is ignore it and hope it may go away. They delivered a car with over a thousand pounds worth of issues. Do not allow them to deliver the car to you
