Recently purchased a Mercedes E63 AMG edition 1 for £44,000 and had the car delivered with 2 years warranty. Firstly the car was delivered after doing a deal which I was happy with Cole was polite and sorted the delivery. Car wasnt really prepared right and was a bit scruffy and dirty but I went with it as it was the car I wanted. I had to buy Alcantara cleaner due to the steering wheel being sticky with the last owners dirty on it but after 3 attempts I got it up like new. It was delivered with a missing centre wheel cap and was promised one was being delivered the next day but a month on a despite chasing it still has not turned up! I then drove the car for a week and it felt wrong! Wondering all over the road underload and tram lining. I took it to a trusted tyre shop who after alignment tests showed all 4 wheels shockingly out. I paid £75 to have this sorted and the car drove better. However, next was the dashboard warning as the car went into limp mode as the air suspension failed, the alert sorted it self with an off/on and has yet to return but now ive had more issues I ll be getting this checked immediately and investigated. Once the car was driving straight I started to use it more further and following my first use on the motorway soon as I got upto 70mph the judder through the whole car started! I took back to my tyre shop to have the wheels balanced but to everyone's horror on the ramp we're all 4 tyres beyond use! The front 2 were shot and illegal and very dangerous (see pictures). The quote to replace these is £1250 which Penny despite 3 calls and messages are simply ignoring me! I part exchanged a car it took them so long to settle the finance i technically missed a payment on my old finance agreement! We were sold 2 years warranty which not only did i have to chase for it to be activated once it was, was for only 18 months and you guessed it, yet to be replied to about and get a new document showing 2 years! All in all a pretty poor service, dirty faulty car on delivery and one that wouldn't pass an MOT! And there after sales service when there's an issue is pretty much none existent.

PLEASE DO NOT USE AS SHOCKING SERVICE AND BUNCH OF COWBOYS. So there best way to deal with an issue is ignore it and hope it may go away. They delivered a car with over a thousand pounds worth of issues. Do not allow them to deliver the car to you

I bought a car, unseen as I live miles away, based on the photos and description. After the car was delivered I discovered some issues that wouldn't necessarily have been evident to a dealer. Ozy took every phone call, every message, and offered to pay for the faults to be rectified - which he has done. I can't praise him enough. I believe he sold the car in good faith and when he discovered it wasn't what I expected it to be, he has paid for it to be up to the advertised standard. I am very pleased to recommend his fantastic level of customer service. I would definitely buy from Penny Hill again, secure in the knowledge that the after-care service is exceptional.

Ozzy is very good at his job always on time gave me plenty of info about the car and service history I would deffo happily recommend him to others

We brought a car from him and with in the weeks of having the car it was in a specialist garage have 2000 pounds worth of work on the car. One job ozy so call mechanic had meant to have replaced a part which was not genuine part. Went and spoke to ozy he gave us a load of bull shit. Then messaged us saying we threatened him lol. Don't buy from this con man and a bully. If you a thinking about purchasing a car make sure you get the AA or RAC inspection first.

Sold me a Rusted out Jeep, broken subframe front and back and dodgy electrics. DODGY MOT !!!!!!!!! SCAM ARTIST!!! Check out Google reviews before parting with your money, stone cold criminals. Osy called threatening to sexually assault and violently abuse my the n partner. Telling her hes going to chop her fingers off, that he would bring his friends and force their d*ck$ down her throat whist they make me watch. More insult to injury. Refund the money. Fix the car. Can’t believe the disgraceful behaviour from this “Dealership”. Calling me a fagot repeatedly. Down the phone. This man is a plastic gangster. Don’t trust!!!

Purchased my car here a year ago before lockdown started. I've never needed to get a co-signer before and the current vehicle which was around the regular target price I go for all the time required me to get one. For some reason the financing person insisted to the car salesman I needed one. It was insulting as well as embarrassing to be told that. I've never shown any issues with payments before. This is the "FIRST" time this has ever happened and my co-signer even though it strange. Currently I am content with the vehicle and have had no issues with it but the next time I'm told I need a co-signer I will be going to a different place for my car purchase.
