we bought a Volkswagen golf from this dealership. The car itself was in good condition however there were a few faults ... The reverse lights wernt working and the bonnet wouldn't open. At first the dealer was very good and assured us that these would be fixed the next day when we would put a final amount down. The next day we travelled a 2 hour journey again to pick up our car. Not only was the reverse lights still not working, they had reattached the volkswagon badge at the front of the car upside down. The dealer was apologetic and knew that we had travelled 8 hours over the last two days to pick up our car. He said that if we contacted him within the month we could bring back the car and the reverse lights and badge would be fixed. We have now tried calling him several times over the month, each time he has told us he will call us back that day after he has contacted the mechanics and hasn't. Were just being fed lies. He has no intention of keeping to his word. Use this company with caution
