I purchased a superb little vehicle from Sam at Route One. I can't tell you how pleased I am with the car and also with the service I received. Route One were very happy to help arrange a quick and efficient collection and also a free MOT and PDI inspection! Would definitely recommend!

I brought a VW Beetle back in September at first the car was perfect but after a few weeks an engine light came on.. I called Sam at route one he said to bring it along and he would see if he could get it fixed. After 2 days I came to collect it and again it was fine for 2 weeks and it came on again.... Sam then asked me if I would take it to a main dealer as his garage did know know what the problem was... I reluctantly did this and as promised Sam paid a fairly big bill to get the problem sorted... Not ideal as I didn't want to buy a new car and have to get it fixed after to weeks but I guess these things happen....

I bought an X5 from this dealer, and prepared a thorough checklist. There was no hard sell, Sam just gave me the keys and left me to it. As always with a trade in, expect some amount of negotiation, I got more than I expected for my car against one or two minor items that needed attention on the X5 - not a suprise on an 8 year old car. One thing none of us noticed that some of the radio speakers were not working. I didn't have it on during the test drive as I was listening to the vehicle. So I didn't discover it until later, it wasn't covered by the warrenty, but Sam offered to pay half towards the repair of the BM54 amp unit ( a common problem I beleive ) , which was fair enough and a cheque for that arrived today.

bought a car from these cowboys, no wheel nut key and had to have the central locking fixed as ther key wouldn't open the doors, they offered to pay for the repairs and that was the last offer, 3 months later still waiting for the money looks like i'll have to use the small claims court. Avoid this place at all costs!
