I was in need of a car relatively quickly and having searched on AutoTrader, I drew up a short list of 3. When I got to the lot they were very attentive and friendly. I was offered a test drive, even though they didn’t check my licence and I hadn’t driven in. I really liked the car and the specification. The car had a damaged mirror and missing parcel shelf. Both were to be rectified so I paid my deposit. It was agreed I would return a few days later for collection. When we were on our way to the lot I received a call saying the car wasn’t ready so we had to kill an hour. It still wasn’t quite ready when I returned, they were still touching up the scratches on the mirror casing but they had replaced the glass. When I paid for the car I asked them to write on the invoice that the parcel shelf would be sent to me shortly. The car drives nicely but I realised very quickly that the folding mirror did not work and was straining plus the tyre pressure sensors kept going off. I tried to book in to get the mirror fixed but they kept saying they were too busy. In the end I rang them to say I was coming in, without asking. When I got there they were very nice and found a mirror from another car to swap with mine. They also reset the sensors. I’m happy with the car. It has a few dings and scratches but it’s a 4-year-old car. The last items outstanding was the parcel shelf. I contacted Sonny Adam every few weeks, I wonder if they were hoping I would go away. They were always very nice but I think they hoped to find a 2nd hand shelf rather than buy a new one from Mazda. My parcel shelf finally arrived today 117 days after I collected the car.

I am having serious issues as I type with this place. I wish had read the reviews first.
