Honestly one of the worst businesses I’ve ever had to deal with the sales rep was fine and not pushy however after the sale was diabolical. I bought a car from them which developed a serious fault almost immediately causing the engine to lose power intermittently. I raised the issue straight away, but instead of taking it seriously I was repeatedly dismissed and told nothing was wrong. The car was kept by them for over a month with no resolution. It later turned out the problem was a severely blocked engine air filter/intake — something painfully basic that should have been identified early on. Instead, I was fobbed off, made to feel like I was being dramatic, and treated as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. After more than a year of stress, delays, and dishonesty, I was forced to take them to court — which I won. At court, the owner clearly had no understanding of consumer law and was unable to properly dispute the claim. I eventually got my money back, but only because I stood my ground and pursued costly legal action. If you’re thinking of buying from here, be very careful. Know your rights, document everything, and be prepared for a fight if something goes wrong.

Under no circumstances pay them £500 to reserve a vehicle, you will not get it back if for any reason you are unable to buy the car. They will not refund and they don’t tell you that when they take your money. Read the negative reviews from independent sites.
