I’ll be assuming you are reading this review as an intending buyer at this dealership. If so, I’ll strongly advise against it as you may be doing so at your own risk. I’ll advise that you don’t make my mistake of being carried away by the good reviews on google. Read the negative ones first, and do not underestimate the chances of falling into a regrettable experience as myself and other customers have had. I travelled 2hrs to get a Nissan here. Of course, the pictures looked good, but not until I arrived at their chaotic looking garage in Sutton Coldfield, I realised that there was more than meets the eye. Summarily, I decided against buying that car after an inspection. Looking to still make a deal off me, Brad – the salesman encouraged me to check around for other choices, I yielded. I later went for a shining red Kia after asking several questions about the car and I trusted their responses. Unfortunately, not until I drove off, I began to experience the saying that not all that glitters is gold. Just few miles off, the airbag light was on, and I got a beep that the car was overdue for a service by 203 days, that’s long enough to almost deliver a baby! And this was contrary to the full-service history I was told it had. Because it was Sunday and they had closed early, I couldn’t return to their garage. Upon arriving home, I realised the remote doesn’t work for the boot, all wheels were severely curbed, the windscreen pillar at the driver’s side was broken (not visible from inside until you look closely from outside). Also, there was a dent by the rear door. I could figure all these obscure issues due the darkness in the garage. Meanwhile, none of these were highlighted when I asked if there is any other thing I should be aware of about the car. I was hurried to make this purchase by Brad on the guise that they’ll be closing early, after rejecting the initial Nissan. I asked him about the fuel economy, I was told 45mpg, but after driving 150miles at first drive, the best I got was an abysmal 32mpg. I’ve been calling these guys 3wks since I got the car, but Brad who sold it claims he can’t be of help anymore, you can imagine the dumbness. He passes me to Mark Mathews who was supposedly expected to resolve this. Instead, my request for a refund and to return to the car has been met with nothing short of utter disregard of my statutory consumer rights, a shameful denial and refusal to acknowledge their lapses and monumental deceit. Now they’ve gotten so familiar with my voice, that I’m put on hold immediately I call, claiming to transfer me to someone else, but no one. They claim the best way to reach Mark is via email and not calls, and of my multiple emails to this dude with pictures and evidence, I’ve gotten just two empty and disgraceful replies. I should add, you are technically coerced to take the useless 2-yr warranty because it’s automatically charged and can’t be removed (see other reviews to see how useless the warranty is). Also, I wasn’t given any sales contract or T&C that waived my rights of return and refund. I trusted these guys by reading the good reviews and ignoring the negative ones, and it appeared I’ve been conned because there have been others with similar experiences. If you are an intending customer and you read up to this point, I’ve taken the time to detail my excruciating experience, so you don’t fall in my shoes. Hence, I advise you take to your heels after reading this.

The service my mum has had from this place is shocking, not only did the car start smoking from the engine within an hour of picking it up, they have had it back nearly 2 weeks and had to complete numerous repairs. They originally stated that it 'flew' through the MOT, which could not be possible. Jason at the dealership has taken the car today after finally being repaired on another job without her consent, when she enquired as to where her car was he hung up on her. The courtesy car is old and nothing like what she had purchased, also now paying insurance for a car she does not have and the car payment has been made. What should be a luxury purchase has been an absolute shambles made worse by terrible customer service, stay away.I will be making a complaint to trading standards as after a search I have found they are not registered with an accredited motor trade agency, they also do not have a visible complaints procedure.
