Under no circumstances pay them £500 to reserve a vehicle, you will not get it back if for any reason you are unable to buy the car. They will not refund and they don’t tell you that when they take your money. Read the negative reviews from independent sites.

Emissions fault
And a rattling noise coming from under the car And reports of car lagging and not changing gears properly
10/6/24 a follow-up email listing a range of issues iv had with the car as followed
1. Was the wiring on the seatbelts had been removed, therefore no warning lights or beeping to say the belt wasn't connected
2. Clonking unde the car when driving I have been advised that it could be the suspension arm Yet the MOT advises this as an advisory and when I spoke to the sales person I was told this had been done This has been going on for around 2 months
3. Doors both rear doors are stiff and can be hard to close once opened again I told the salesperson on the day about this and I was told that the doors would get easier to close and they are only stiff due to being stored / not used
4. Touch screen when connected via Android auto (original phone lead) plays up local runs aren't too bad but going further afield the screen looses connection then reloads then drops again and then in the end I disconnect the phone and use my phone holder instead
5. the parcel shelf was missing a peg from the holder to hold it in place again, not a big one.
6. The car drags when I'm driving it's slow and takes a moment to catch up with the car over revving as the gears aren't moving up so have to press the steering wheel to get it to the correct gear
7. Warning light engine management light emission light and messages saying starting not possible in 700 miles

Diagnostic carried out by roxburghe
I was told they cleared the fault codes and it's the adblue injector that needs replacing they said it was cleaned and put back in and fault code was removed I was told to get back in touch if the lights come back on
I was told nothing can be done about the doors apart from a bit of grease
I was told the car was test drove and couldn't hear rattling
14/7/24
Blown turbo
Towed home by RAC
19/7/24
Contacted roxburghe, who didn't want to help
Section 75 filed with creation finance
Multiple 1* reviews left by myself
Contacted by manager at roxburghe in regards to reviews, then told they will sort it out I asked if I was being billed and was told I don't think so
19/7/24
Car towed by reliable recovery on behalf of roxburghe after 2 no-shows due to mechanical issues
22/7/24
Email sent to roxburghe asking for an update to be told they are waiting on a response from the garage
26/7/24
Another email was sent to roxburghe asking if there's any news the car has been gone 1 week
Response saying they have confirmed it's the turbo and anticipate the repair will be done on the 1st of August
9/8/24
After contacting roxburghe via email, I'm informed there was a delay on the turbo it will be done Thursday next week [15th Aug ]
29/8/23
After MANY emails asking for updates and who is repairing the car iv been informed that the turbo ordered was the wrong one they are ordering another if it isn't done by the 4th of September they will order the part from the manufacturer [[ VAIXHALL ]]
TO DATE TOTAL TIME WITHOUT A CAR IS
70 DAYS and still no repair or knowledge of the repairing company
I believe due to me filing a SECTION75 against the company they're holding

I’ll be assuming you are reading this review as an intending buyer at this dealership. If so, I’ll strongly advise against it as you may be doing so at your own risk.
I’ll advise that you don’t make my mistake of being carried away by the good reviews on google. Read the negative ones first, and do not underestimate the chances of falling into a regrettable experience as myself and other customers have had.
I travelled 2hrs to get a Nissan here. Of course, the pictures looked good, but not until I arrived at their chaotic looking garage in Sutton Coldfield, I realised that there was more than meets the eye. Summarily, I decided against buying that car after an inspection. Looking to still make a deal off me, Brad – the salesman encouraged me to check around for other choices, I yielded. I later went for a shining red Kia after asking several questions about the car and I trusted their responses.
Unfortunately, not until I drove off, I began to experience the saying that not all that glitters is gold. Just few miles off, the airbag light was on, and I got a beep that the car was overdue for a service by 203 days, that’s long enough to almost deliver a baby! And this was contrary to the full-service history I was told it had. Because it was Sunday and they had closed early, I couldn’t return to their garage. Upon arriving home, I realised the remote doesn’t work for the boot, all wheels were severely curbed, the windscreen pillar at the driver’s side was broken (not visible from inside until you look closely from outside). Also, there was a dent by the rear door. I could figure all these obscure issues due the darkness in the garage. Meanwhile, none of these were highlighted when I asked if there is any other thing I should be aware of about the car. I was hurried to make this purchase by Brad on the guise that they’ll be closing early, after rejecting the initial Nissan. I asked him about the fuel economy, I was told 45mpg, but after driving 150miles at first drive, the best I got was an abysmal 32mpg.
I’ve been calling these guys 3wks since I got the car, but Brad who sold it claims he can’t be of help anymore, you can imagine the dumbness. He passes me to Mark Mathews who was supposedly expected to resolve this. Instead, my request for a refund and to return to the car has been met with nothing short of utter disregard of my statutory consumer rights, a shameful denial and refusal to acknowledge their lapses and monumental deceit.
Now they’ve gotten so familiar with my voice, that I’m put on hold immediately I call, claiming to transfer me to someone else, but no one. They claim the best way to reach Mark is via email and not calls, and of my multiple emails to this dude with pictures and evidence, I’ve gotten just two empty and disgraceful replies.
I should add, you are technically coerced to take the useless 2-yr warranty because it’s automatically charged and can’t be removed (see other reviews to see how useless the warranty is). Also, I wasn’t given any sales contract or T&C that waived my rights of return and refund.
I trusted these guys by reading the good reviews and ignoring the negative ones, and it appeared I’ve been conned because there have been others with similar experiences. If you are an intending customer and you read up to this point, I’ve taken the time to detail my excruciating experience, so you don’t fall in my shoes. Hence, I advise you take to your heels after reading this.

The service my mum has had from this place is shocking, not only did the car start smoking from the engine within an hour of picking it up, they have had it back nearly 2 weeks and had to complete numerous repairs. They originally stated that it 'flew' through the MOT, which could not be possible. Jason at the dealership has taken the car today after finally being repaired on another job without her consent, when she enquired as to where her car was he hung up on her. The courtesy car is old and nothing like what she had purchased, also now paying insurance for a car she does not have and the car payment has been made. What should be a luxury purchase has been an absolute shambles made worse by terrible customer service, stay away.I will be making a complaint to trading standards as after a search I have found they are not registered with an accredited motor trade agency, they also do not have a visible complaints procedure.
