**********Review Update****** The angry small guy just called me to ask why I’ve put a bad review when they have refunded my money reason being I feel people should no the truth about this company. He just said he hopes my van sets on fire how nice brilliant customer service another reason to avoid this company

This is a warning message to everyone out there. These guys are pretending to sell cars that have been fitted with genuine parts from Range Rover. The timing chains fitted are cheap after market parts and will not last long. These guys are a shambles of a trader. We went to see a Range Rover discovery sport 2.0 that was advertised for £6,995 the car they showed us for that price wasn’t the one in the photo it was battered had black smoke chugging out the exhaust. As we went to leave which we should have these guys pulled out the one we had seen advertised for the price above but they were asking for £8,995 for this one. They told me this car had a valid receipt for a genuine timing chain and was fitted by a competent person which fits all there chains as they replace everyone. I wouldn’t believe a word that comes out there mouth as on day of collection they produced a receipt from a company that wasn’t listed on Google but was registered on companies house when you ring the number it’s switched of. So I took it upon myself to call JLR to confirm parts when quoted to them they confirmed these parts are after market yet these guys stating genuine parts. This rang alarm bells and also they were saying it rings alarm bells for them as they have been told the parts are genuine. We requested our £500 deposit back but there was a small guy there who was very rude saying you’re not getting it back you have lost us money on the car. After massive arguments and conversation back and forward these guys said they were happy to refund the money to us. They produced a receipt saying money would be back in 3-5 days. We have waited the 3-5 days for the money but nothing today we have had to call 2 times and get very annoyed with them to get out money back after massive arguments with them they have finally refunded us the money. I would advise anyone who has seen a car for sale with this company not to go anywhere near there stock of cars. I believe we have had a lucky escape from this company. Also to add on collection of car the organisation was poor the car wasn’t cleaned it has a rip in the tyre wall which we was told would be sorted the parcel shelf was missing and the drivers floor mat was also missing we was told all these problems would be sorted. I would stay well clear of this company.
