Only giving this company "TopCars Rugby" a 1 star because I don't have an option to give them nothing. Absolute bunch of cowboys!! STAY WELL CLEAR OF THEM! They take your money. And tell you nothing but lies Car came with 2 damaged front tyres. 1 half working key (car wouldn't even lock) when there was meant to be 2 issued. 1 owner from new and showing 5th owner on v5! No service history with vehicle when it was implied there were a full service history. Nothing but liars and happy to take your money! Don't answer your calls when phoning as they are constantly running from themselves! Was happy to give them a chance, David/Davjid whatever his name is, nothing but lies came from him and his so called "manager" and for a mysterious guy called "Nicohlas" I'm still waiting to hear from

*AVOID.* These cowboys write their own reviews. This is hardly surprising, given that they will happily misrepresent their stock to buyers. Reviews for AB Rugby Motors will let you know what kind of experience you can expect. They've simply rebranded as Top Cars Rugby. This family business will gleefully abuse your trust at every turn. Not content with furnishing me with fabricated documentation and a worthless warranty, they chose NOT to pay me back in full when I promptly rejected and returned a car which had been falsely advertised. That's despite them having agreed - in writing - to fully refund me, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I was subsequently forced to take the company to court and was awarded a CCJ. That judgment has since been upgraded for enforcement by High Court bailiffs. Trading Standards described the dealer's actions towards me as "a criminal breach". This has now been ongoing for over a year and I am still owed thousands. It is far and away the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Countless others have fallen victim to these scammers, all awaiting refunds and redress. Any backlash towards their business is entirely self-inflicted. They have nothing but contempt for their customers and for the law itself. Action Fraud and High Court bailiffs are among the agencies now actively investigating these rip-off merchants on my behalf. I suggest that you cough up what you owe, ASAP. Your continued failure to do so will only result in more intense scrutiny by law enforcement, more incensed customers, more scathing reviews, and more judgments against you.
