This left me without my new car for the first week and had to arrange alternate travel, and I had to deliver and collect my car from the garage myself. They still owe me the spare key for my car, but after 52 calls and not a single returned call, I have given up. This is singly, by far, the worst service I have ever had from any company and would not recommend.
