DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS! Sold us a car Saturday 4th July 2026, promised a call Monday to sort scratches and dent and never happened. Chased them ever since with no joy, heard back today and absolutely awful service, told not to drive the car. Its keys aren’t working, the boot light is on permanently, the car has now broken down and we’re awaiting the recovery truck and the car isn’t what was sold to us. On top of that, they won’t offer us a courtesy car with no transport now for a 3 year old!! Jordan Goldsmith and Mo the sales manager on the shop floor are absolute con men, who sold us a heap and now don’t want to help!! I don’t know how this company still operates and how the staff sleep at night!

If i could give it no star i would, one is too much for this scam of a company. Do not go with then, sold my partner a car with a doggy timing chain. Completely their fault. We reported this in January it is not june and the chain is gone car went into limp mode and even with a life time warranty they are trying every dirty tactic to get out of it. No customer care. Just sell you a car and force sell you cover with worth the paper its written on. Do not go with them they are con artist.

My parents used pension funds to purchase a car in March that went on to develop a fault within a couple of weeks of purchase. They have thus far been unable to repair it, and my parents have been denied their right to reject the car under the Consumer Rights Act ever since. My parents are now without a car which is impacting on their ability to work and care for sick and elderly family members. Trying to contact this company is like trying to draw blood from a stone, nigh on impossible. We have all left messages and do not receive a call back, we have sent emails without response, and also have made a complaint without response. Once they have your money aftersales support is virtually non-existent.

Sh** place full of busy nobodys that are doing nothing but walking round like they are something, crap cars

never had so much trouble with a car its the second car from them the first was perfect but this should never have been sold first day not done 10 miles abs and esc light comes on cant fix it for a month now the clutch has problemsas i had got the life time warranty i thought i would have no poblems dont buy this its not worth the paper its written on the AA woyuldnt come ar on the first two arrempts as they didnt recognise the reg when the clutch went after getting approval from tcuk they came clutch master cylender and slave cylender leaking ait into the system the car has been outsie my house for 5 days not a word from tcuk as to when it will be picked up not even a call appologising so its going back and i will reject this car and either want it replaced or my monet back i have been told to do this by the finance company

Terrible after sales so rude made me ill having to deal with these faults on my car would advise anyone not to use this company

Absolutely appalling we bought a car cash from Them and within 1 month thought the gearbox was on way out as every now and then gears would not engage took it back they kept it for day road tested it said nothing wrong after another week same again so got my mechanic to look at it he has told us clutch on the way out so got written report and went back to them after a lengthy conversation with one of the very rude after sales women we were told the manager would ring us it's now been another week no phone calls do not use this company by any means

I would like to preface by saying all the staff I encountered at the trade centre were absolutely wonderful and I wish I could give them a five star review. The trade centre website itself states there are cars starting at 4999 and 5999. Walking around today the lowest price was 7499. I think the trade centre as a whole need to look at their website and not give people the wrong idea.

Having purchased our car last year, we have had to come back again and again to arrange for various repairs to be carried out. Each time, a new excuse is given and the same old happens, they haven’t done it because a mechanic has been glued to his phone or work has overran again and again. Avoid the place like the plague, but from a proper dealership or show room. I’ve included some pictures from the service department room to save you sitting in there waiting for nothing like I have had to endure. They’re more than happy to take your money but don’t want to do anything to rectify faults on the vehicle that a decent dealer or garage would happily do under warranty. The MOT is due soon, I can’t wait to see what that will pull up!
