went to buy an Astra 1.7 diesel 6 speed I bought into peter lax's sale over the phone otherwise ide never have undertaken a 140 mile round trip...the car well awful doesn't even come close its a very good job I know my way around cars ...1st it was a 5 speed not 6 as advertised, now changed in his add to 5 speed 2nd very little play left on clutch travel 3rd I needed only to get into 3rd gear to realise either a wheel bearing was on its way out, or the gearbox bearing, to which Peter suggested I couldn't possibly have evaluated it so quick but a bearing on its way out is just that regardless of distance, I told Peter lax he would have known these faults but still assured me it was worth the distance to view. I told him of my millage and time ide put in and walked away, how the hell you have faith in trade when blatant liars front as honest traders, never again.

Very satisfied , very efficient ,this was the second time I haved used them and had no problems returning again. I would also like to thank Pete for all his help and advice in choosing the right van I required. ( fishing equipment thanks again)
