Absolutely shocking and rude, car advertised failed mot on excessive corrosion of the sub frame. Refused to refund deposit when lost faith in the car. Lots of unnecessary pressure to continue with the sale. Many excuses given. Best to avoid and keep your money and look elsewhere. Read the small print carefully. **Update** review is accurate and still stands. The deposit refund was asked for before any work was carried out after it failed the mot. You wouldn't accept the cancellation and continued to go ahead yourselves. I will be taking this matter further and getting legal advice. To add to your comment. Anyone wanting to see the shocking video of the repair.. please get in touch. Certainly open your eyes to the quality in question. ** Update** I informed you, when the car failed that i wanteda refund andthat I didn't want to go ahead. My review still stands.

UPDATE. DONT EVEN BOTHER. Spend your money somewhere else. Gregg just tells you what you want to hear but doesn’t back it up. **Gregg agreed on the price my garage would charge to fix the issues Greggs garage caused. Gregg said to pay out of my pocket and send him the receipts and would pay for the cost of the valet that they still hadn’t done. I did this had to wait over to weeks for the part refund till owe me some for Gregg to say his manager will only pay what they paid me. Despite Gregg agreeing before I paid. Said he’ll get back to me 2 and a half weeks later. After ringing every few days still no answer or call from Gregg. ** Shocking at best. Bought a Peugeot from them. All seemed good. Received the car in 3 days. Unfortunately the guy that brought it on a truck said he’d fetched it from the valet’s. Car seats were soaking wet. Receipts from previous owner tucked in visor (which I showed Mitchel the receipts when I dropped my car back with them). Dirt on head rests, roof, visors. Seat belts. So all they did was soak the seats. Took 5days to dry due to the weather being wet. Rang them spoke to Gregg who said they’ve had this issue a few times. Told him I was taking the car to my local garage for a check over as I’d not seen the vehicle. Was told I wouldn’t need to as the cars been checked. For my garage to tell me and showed pictures that both front tires were very low and bald in places. Which I saw myself on taking it. Both front brakes excessively corroded and both pads had compound breaking up and cv boot was cracked. Told Gregg this so I had to drive the car to them from Lincoln to at Helen’s at my cost as Gregg said they would have to and they wouldn’t collect the car or pay me any petrol costs. I did this. They dis lend me a car though. On arrival was told my a member of Greggs staff told me cars with 6 months and above mot aren’t checked. Although Gregg said they were and the faults with mine would also say it wasn’t checked. The car they lent me had no heating as that was broken. Was a joy to drive with the frosty cold days. So that car also wasn’t checked before lending it out. Finally got my car back after 3 weeks. After having to call daily to find out what was going on with it to be told different things each time I rang and that Gregg would call me back as well. Several times as well by Gregg himself. Which doesn’t as they lack the ability to call back. Told be told by Gregg himself he was busy, forgot or was in court that day. On receiving my car back still wasn’t valeted as promised by Gregg. As wasn’t done correctly when I received it and smelled of cigarette smoke. So clearly was driven by someone who had been smoking in it. Which I find disgusting as I don’t smoke myself and have never let anyone smoke in my car. Although they had taken previous owner’s receipts out. I got my car back seven days ago and have been calling about the issue spoke with Mitchel who said he would inform Gregg and get he to call me I’ve rang every other day to be told Greggs in with a customer and they will get him to call me and he still hasn’t. Also on the occasion when Gregg was helpful or seemed to be I told him I’m still within my cancellation rights. For Gregg to say cancel then it’ll make my life easier. I’ll ring them and cancel it for you. So great customer service from the manager. The only people that’s made this sale ok is Mitchel and Omar both fantastic. It’s just a pity about management’s ability to back things up. So I’m currently waiting for Gregg to call me back.I recommend if buying a car from them take it to your own garage for them to check it over for any faults as soon as it arrives.also had to contact finance company to chase them up as they’d tell me one thing and the finance company something else.

If I could give no stars I would! Bought a car on 4th November (after trading in an immaculate car that had thousands spent on it) and on 5th November engine light came on. Diagnostics found 12 faults with our engine. Struggled to find a garage that would deal with our warranty company so took the car back and they said they would have it fixed. They lent us a "curtesy" car while it was off for repair which we initially thought was lovely until we realised said car had no tax on it so couldn't be driven. I rang the garage to explain that as there was no tax the car wasn't drivable to be told it wasn't a criminal offence to drive without tax and we should just use it. We however refused to drive it and emailed and called twice to even offer to tax it ourselves to be ignored, so the "curtesy" car stayed on the drive until ours was fixed. That was the 9th November. We got our car back on 25th Nov and it had to go back for a repair again on 26th. We had the car for almost a month and was able to drive it all of 20 mins. The car has just gone back in for the 5th time! Although we have now taken it to a garage that isn't under the control of vision so hopefully will be fixed properly this time. I wish so badly that we had looked at the reviews of this so called company before we bought the car. Whatever you do STAY AWAY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS AND THEIR CARS!

Please avoid this cowboy firm! Since there are no zeros I will have to give this place a one. So on the hunt for a bigger family car for ourselves and our two growing children we decided after a trip down south in our current car that left us feeling cramped we decided it was time for a upgrade to a bigger car. A couple of our family members had recently upgraded to a Ford kuga. Nice and big in the back for the kids. Big boot space. Fords being very reliable also we decided this was the car we wanted. I called up vision motors after seeing they were only up the road in haydock. The car they had in stock was a little out of our price range so Andy said they had one more affordable in their Leeds branch and they would bring it down here for us to check out but I would need tp put a refundable £100 deposit down to secure it. I clarified it was definitely refundable because it was my holiday money and also I’d not spoke to my partner and he wouldn’t be happy if I’d just spent £100 without consulting him. I was assured it was refundable. As I am between jobs with looking after my two young children the finance needed to be in my partners name. The finance went through fine so I called Andy up and told him the finance was all good and we were good on our end. This was on Friday 18TH. Andy told me the car would be coming down over the weekend. We were due to fly to Spain on the following Tuesday. I called up on the Monday before we was due to travel as I hadn’t booked my parking and was hopeful we would have our new car. Andy wasn’t in so I booked my current car into parking. Andy called me on the Wednesday and told me the car was in and had passed the mot and said it would be ready to view for when we arrived back. We landed in the uk and I heard nothing so decided to call and Andy wasn’t in but I explained tp the man on the phone we was going to come anyway and have a little drive and hopefully exchange cars. We arrived and boy were we disappointed. It had scratches all over it. Inside and out. Dints. Paint work missing. Parts missing inside such as the cigarette lighter cover. Scratches all over the dash board and where the rev counter was. They were smooth to touch so the damage must be on the other side of the plastic which suggests maybe the car has been in an accident and judging by the damage on the outside I think it has! Greg came out and told us he wasn’t expecting us until Monday. Constantly messed around with days and times. After coming home we decided the car was not what we wanted. It even looked a different colour on their website! It looked dark blue on the website with no scratches on the paint work and in real life it was black covered in scratches! We rang the next day and spoke to Greg and explained we was pulling out and sticking with our car. He wasn’t really up for taking no as an answer and became very rude when I asked for my deposit back. Told me it was non refundable and I’d basically bought the car. I told him I best receive it back and he said he will ‘See what he can do’ but after finding these reviews on trust pilot this has happened to many people before! Absolute con artists. I wish I’d read the reviews before using this company. The car is back for sale on their website and was about 1 hour after us saying we didn’t want it. Have sent two emailed regarding the deposit and had no reply. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

We purchased a car from this garage in March this year and have had nothing but SERIOUS PROBLEMS! We put a deposit down for £100 to reserve the car and the car was sent for an MOT (it’s first one) the car is just over 3 years old and PLEASE NOTE WE ONLY VIEWED THE CAR VIA ITS ADVERTISEMENT ON THE WEBSITE. I spoke to Greg Jackson who sold us the car and gave us the typical sales man rubbish… yes the car is lovely I’m just sat looking out the window at it now ! He told me we could collect or have it delivered by the end of the week due to it needing it’s first MOT, that was fine with me and I said can you keep me updated. The week went by no phone call so I rang and asked what was happening and was the car ready to Greg’s reply the garage was snowed under due to the pandemic! Which is a load of rubbish because all MOT garages have been allowed to stay open plus people have been given extensions on MOTs, he then told me on another occasion the garage only opened Monday to Friday and then on another occasion that both people who worked at garage was at a funeral- two weeks later and I asked his colleague for a refund, 30 minutes later greg rang me and said we can deliver the car tomorrow which I accepted (more fool me). The car was delivered the next evening at 7pm by a young lad who rushed us to make payment after presenting the paperwork and key, when I challenged him regards to the second key while my husband took the car for a test drive he said he only had one key and to ring Greg for the second key in the morning as the office would be shut at this point it was nearly 7.30 in the evening so we couldn’t fully check the car due to light. I paid the full amount by bank transfer- be warned don’t do this pay by card your more than likely to get your money back through the bank if you want a refund for a car that is not Road worthy or not as advertised. The next day I rang Greg who gave me the excuse that the key person wasn’t in and he would ring me back when he was we even offered to go and collect the second key ! I rang consistently for days after and asked for the receipt as well for purchase plus distance selling as well as for the second key. We then found a few days later that the car was leaking at driver shaft and it was an oil. Greg’s colleague told me that Greg was on annual leave and he would deal with it on his return. Also we found the seal around door was broke and at this point no V5 log book had been received we were now at the point of over 14 days of chasing. I consistently rang and then was told Greg was off on sick leave with a bad back and another occasion he was off for his anniversary or wife’s birthday can’t remember which due to the constant lies. I rang consumer rights which told me to contact the bank for a full refund, trading standards were informed and they have escalated the case with the local trading standards for vision motors. The bank froze the account of vision motors as a scam but nothing could be done but we are in the process of raising again as no further on ! Plus we are in the process of looking at legal action to sue this company. Wendy who works for the company is abrupt and so unprofessional. We have sent numerous emails to this company and they are all ignored - please follow every phone call up with an email as proof this is the mistake we made. We have even offered to take the car to our local garage for the car to be fixed and they pay our garage but they have ignored this. We did originally ask for a full refund and for them to collect the car which they have also ignored. Also the car was advertised with a full MOT and it had 11 months ! Because it had an MOT done in February which we believe that they had sold it someone previously before us hence having a month MOT on it and we think the reason the car only has one key is because the previous person who purchased the car had kept the spare until they received a full refund for the car. They told us they MOT’d the cars the same time they get them in why would any garage do that they could have the car sat there for months on the forecourt before they sold them and also after investigation the car was first advertised in September 2020 in autotrader and on there Facebook page. THIS COMPANY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND THIVES ! WE PAID NEARLY £9K and still FIGHTING TO GET THE ISSUES RESOLVED ! WE HAVE ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE COMPANY DIRECTOR ROBERT JOHN KNOWLES TO BE TOLD HES TOO BUSY AND DOESN’T TAKE CALLS - CHECK HIM OUT ON COMPANIES HOUSE HE HAS NUMEROUS COMPANIES IN PROPERTIES AND TRANSPORT - I’M IN THE PROCESS OF HAVING HIM CHECKED. OUR NEXT STEPS ARE TO GO LEGAL AND SUE THIS COMPANY - BEING AN ACCOUNTANT I AM GOING TO HAVE THE DIRECTOR FULLY INVESTIGATED AND ANY OF HIS PARTNERS. TO BE RIPPING OFF INNOCENT WORKING CLASS PEOPLE IS DISGUSTING AND HE NEEDS TO BE STOPPED ! WE HAVE ALSO CONTACTED WATCH DOG AS WELL. PLEASE PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY !

We went to test drive a Fiat Panda 2weeks ago after leaving £100 refundable deposit.Never heard of this before. After test driving the car we decided that we didn't want the car car so we were assured by the salesman that we would be refunded the next Thursday. We weren't refunded on the Thursday so when we chased it up we were told that there was a problem with their system and we would have to wake another Thursday came and yet again no refund. When I asked why they made up some excuse about not having my wife's card details and that they shredded all paperwork on the Thursday.I had to give them my card details and I finally got a refund on Friday morning. They are very quick taking your money but not so quick giving it back.Very bad customer service

Don't buy from them, after sales service is appalling, still waiting for a small part which was promised at the time of sale. They never got back to me after several phone calls, now 2 months and still waiting, waste of space.
