Absolute waste of time! Was fuming! After calling twice once in the morning to check it wasn't sold and if we could see it today was told it wasn't sold and we could go after 3. Called a second time at 2:30 to confirm again if we could get there for 3 and was told 3:30 to be on the safe side as the current owner is still using it and should be back by 3-3:30 to which we confirmed we will leave now (we live about an hour away). There was traffic so after nearly an hour an a half we was nearly there but couldn't find the exact address so rang to confirm and was told it has been sold ??? Not acceptable we had rang to check twice and we confirmed we was leaving to go there and was specifically told 3:30 so how could it of been sold that quickly ? After asking this got no apology just a very abrupt answer of "I've been working in this business a long time and 50% of people don't show up". So in all disgusted we was lied to went all that way for nothing.Customer service non existent!
