I have multiple emails, Call recordings of this dealer. Selling me a car 'Mitsubishi Asx' that wasnt as described. The rear tail light was cracked showing white light (which is a mot failure) mileage on the mot didnt match the car, No paperwork for the MOT. The exhaust catalytic converter was cracked (another failure) stone chips in the window, Exhaust banging off the subframe and towbar which is embarrassing due to the noise. The brake pad wasnt even in the carrier causing a metal knocking as i braked and turned. My first email/call was within 20 mins on recieving the car. So its not like i broke it after getting it. They wouldnt give me a refund, Instead told me to drive 6 hours down to 'new castle' which there garage is in bedlington.. not even new castle. All they did was put an exhaust sleeve on pushing the exhaust further back creating more of a knocking. They made the car worse and now have BLOCKED my number and emails. They sell cars with dodgy MoT's and scam customers. If anyone needs photos or proof, I can supply them. Im out of pocket £3500 at this point as diesel wasnt cheap to drive 6 hours to england and back. The owner is called wayne allison, All my contact was through him.. when they decided to answer the phone. Which i have over 30 calls to them.. only 3 of them were answred before they blocked me when i asked for a refund.
