Please do not purchase from these people and do not give any deposit, purchased an Audi Q5 and after 4 Weeks the automatic gearbox went. The warranty was as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike so I got the car back to them as they said they would repair it, after 3 weeks with no car they said it would cost £2000 and as it was wear and tear I would have to pay £750 towards repairs. Spoke to the finance company who advised me not to pay as the trader was liable to repair the car so it is now in the hands of the finance company and the motor ombudsman. But my wife and family are still without a car I feel like such a fool for allowing this to happen please please avoid this garage.

Bought a car from these last year . What a mistake it lasted less than the useless warranty they give you . Engine started misfiring then wouldn’t rev at all . The AA Report stated boost pressure low and timing issues which I was told was present when I bought the car . Facing a big repair bill I approached ATSW at first they offered me a contribution towards the estimated cost then when told the cost would be over £4000 for a replacement engine they said it was ok when I bought it so tough. After posting a negative review on Auto-trader I had a call asking me to remove review and they would give me a replacement. As you will probably guess that didn’t happen . I was lied to time after time by Wayne I was then contacted by Phil who claimed he didn’t know anything about it . I’m £5000 out of pocket so I can not stress enough DO NOT BUY

Fraudulent Conmen
Purchased a car from these cowboys a month ago, all seemed well, good sales woman, polite, traded in a car and financed the rest. All was fine. Read good reviews on Auto Trader. Partner was happy until..
Car failed same day, took it to local garage as started bellowing white smoke and over heating. Suspect head gasket blown.
Called the dealer and returned it the following day, sales guy confirmed everything would be reversed and get cancelled with the finance company which was signed off by the director Amar, but wouldn’t be until after the bank holiday.
Was told Marcus was on his way to wait as he may be able to do something, Marcus arrives and starts talking to us but told us his name is Hassan.
“oh we’ll sort it and extend your warranty to 6 months for free” no thanks!!
Called the finance company to inform them of what’s happened and to reject the car.
No attempts at contact from the dealer to us at all. Avoiding getting back to the finance company to sort out the rejection which they have confirmed with the finance company has been accepted.
Just passed them around. Marcus needs to deal with it…. It’s being managed by head office. Blah blah blah.
Always someone else answering saying Marcus needs to get back to them. Ignoring their emails and so on.
Car was left available for sale on all websites that were advertising it. They even added it to a few more sites just days ago (eBay and gumtree) weeks after original sale date and complaint was raised.
Still actively trying to sell a car that is now legally owned by the finance company until the agreement is unwound and the finance company get their money back and we get the paperwork and transfer of the part ex returned back to us.
They transferred our part ex into their name at point of sale and then issued it as a courtesy car until this was resolved.
Their company courtesy car looked like it had been through the wars.
All cars on the lot are filthy, they also use an abandoned hotel’s car park down the road to store cars. All of which are in really bad shape.
Clearly these cowboys are taking part ex or scrap cars and re-listing them with falsified paperwork without inspection and / or are chopping up faulty vehicles to Frankenstein ones together they can pass as good cars.
Auto Trader is full of 5 star reviews which they are clearly falsifying and confirming as valid sales in the back end. Notice how all the genuine 0-1 star reviews are left unverified? Strange that!
Every other review site says to avoid! with every review detailing the same issues. Faulty cars, poor communication, threats of legal action! - Should have done more research!
Still waiting for the part ex to be transferred back and existing paperwork returned (service history etc) and for them to pay the finance company back to complete the unwind.
Not only are they still selling a car that they’ve already sold, their fobbing off and messing the finance company around, avoiding paying them back the money owed to them and transferring our car back to us.
We are now seeking to pursue this with legal action.
Detailed complaints have been submitted to the motor ombudsman and Action fraud and drafts are also being submitted to the following bodies requesting formal and thorough investigations into the conduct and financial records of both the business and it’s managing directors.
Trading Standards, DVSA Market Surveillance Unit, FCA, .Gov Investigations and enforcement unit and HMRC.
Fraudulent conmen, selling dangerous, faulty & unroadworthy cars.
Stay CLEAR!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
The worst experience we have EVER encountered when purchasing a car. Car broke down on the way home from purchasing, car returned to garage and it took over 3 weeks to be 'fixed', then on arrival to collect the car we found it had been severely damaged (potentially written off) whilst in their care!!! Absolute joke!!! Total nightmare obtaining full refund - it took daily phone calls & emails and threat of legal action before money finally got returned to us almost 2 weeks later!
Please, please, save yourself the upset, stress and disappointment we had to go through - AVOID

Purchased a car on sunday paid deposit advised collection on thursday after the car had been serviced, MOT'd ect . Called twice before Thursday with general queries about the car and all on track for collection. Told that all was fine. Rang Thursday morning spoke to the man who sold me the car, paid final balance and advised i would see them later to collect the car. When we arrived i got passed from sales man to a manager who told me there was an issue with the car (in the space of appox 4hrs since i paid the balance) a "mechanical" error the car was no longer for sale. Offered an alternative car reduced heavily but us still having to pay more towards it which turned up while we were there after being used as a courtesy car with the engine management light on. After being told time and time again there was a mechanical issue it transpires the car has been taxed by someone else and the car had infact been sold to someone else!! Even after taking the full balance from myself for the car

********************* AVOID THIS CAR DEALERSHIP **********************
I test drove an X5 and told James I wasnt interested in the vehicle as the previous owner had not taken care of it and it was badly marked inside, James told me he would get all that I had noted rectified so I paid a £249 deposit.
When I got home I did some background checks on the dealership which were not good, so I did a DVLA check on the X5 and found that it had been imported which James failed to tell me, I called James and asked for simple V5 details and he was basically obstinate and did not like the fact that I was doing checks on the vehicle, due to his attitude I told James to cancel my order and repay the deposit, that was in February and I have still not been refunded, when I call them they just say it has either been or is being refunded but nothing materialises, you have to ask is £249 really worth all the bad reviews im going to provide, I can only presume that their attitude is if they get enough deposits then they are happy, its sad that there are still dealers like this that would rather con people out of their money instead of building a reputation as a good dealer

Absolutely horrendous . Don't deal with KYE . Mis-old the car , lied through his teeth. Taken me 3 months to get my full refund. No apology, just a simple oh dear we sold the car already and no sign of a refund. Then was told by Phil, I am not entitled to a refund. Nobody was fourth coming to solve the issues. constantly was told they not in and yeh we will process you a refund . Making a lot of pathetic excuses . Just felt angry and upset at there customer services. Then employ who was processing my refund left the company. A transaction before Christmas and only last week I managed to get my full refund!!! not good not happy!!!

Please do not buy anything from here, not even to call them for a enquiry. Despite all the bad comments, 2 weeks ago I decided to give them a go and ask to book a viewing for a Vauxhall. I paid the £100 deposit to take the car off sale but after 2 days I changed my mind and I didn't want to see or purchase the car anymore. A guy named Phil was pretty rude with me and he said he will not give me my money back not until I come to see the car which seems a bit pointless as I wasn't interested anymore. Hovewer, short time after, Phil called me and said he will give me only £50 due to the pandemic and I cannot come actually to fulfill the viewing I booked days ago. Anyway, in the very end the shop manager issued my refund. So please avoid these people due to their lack of good customer service.
