DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Utterly shocked and disappointed by the lack of customer service and honesty from ATSW. From the minute we bought the car we faced many issues including broken fuel cap, no handbook nor second key. They also falsely advertised the car saying it was tax free but it was in fact not. Within a week the stop light flashed up and for the past four weeks we have been without a car because they are unwilling to give us a refund, completely disrespecting our consumer rights. I am unsure why they have such good reviews on Autotrader, if you have a look at other review sights, their other reviews really reflect what they are truly like. Complete con men and liars.

I'm still waiting for a reply or call back after months of trying. And a deposit to be paid back to stepson. We contact James daily by phone or email. To be told he's busy or out. I can see on reviews how bad the place is. I won't give up

Brought mitsubishi shogun sport, engine management light was on before I brought it, so they agreed to fix the problem so a week later I picked up the vehicle, all OK then 3 weeks later light came on with abs light and green 4x4 light came on as well so I took it to my mechanic and when he looked at it he took the dash off and saw what they had done they had put one black and one red wire connected to the bulb and the engine management light had a piece of paper around it, so that's how they fixed the problem my mechanic phoned them twice and I had to phone them myself which I phoned twice and left a message and no response very poor aftercare service I have had it fixed by my mechanic which cost £250. He said it shouldn't have passed mot with engine management light on,

We purchased an Octavia vRS estate from this company last month. In the first three weeks the car went into limp mode twice and there was a knocking sound coming from the front passenger side. We took it to a local garage who confirmed that three glow plugs needed replacing and we also needed a new cv joint. Only the glow plugs were covered by the warranty. We tried to get the garage to inspect and fix it themselves however after a few days of chasing we decided to reject the car as we were still within 30 days of purchase. Wayne replied and accepted our rejection. A few days later, Andy emailed and said Wayne no longer worked for the company and he would now have to decline our rejection as they had offered to fix the car. He also said it was our fault for buying a high mileage car. They expected us to make a six hour round trip to drop the car off so they could inspect before fixing anything and then another round trip to collect it. Again, this is our own fault for buying a car so far away. They have used Wayne leaving the company to get out of situations before in the last four years so I believe they were lying. Especially as when we rang to speak to him we were told he would be back next week.

Paid over £10k for a car from this garage, the salesman Kye was arrogant about his staff and not overly knowledgable about the car. Nevertheless we purchased the car. Kye made a deal with me and shook my hand, he said he would part exchange my old car for £1000 and if I didn't want that option he would give me £250 off the price of the car. He further said, I did not need to make that decision until Wednesday when I picked the car up. Shook hands and paid the deposit. Fast forward to Wednesday when we collected the car (drove 2 hours up) Kye wasn't there and his sales assistant said he could not honour the £250 off (as I had sold my car), we had no option to pay as we had no way of getting home or coming back up. He told us to call Kye the next day to get refunded. I called Kye, he said "it's your word against mine" and that he couldn't refund me! And He repeatedly called me by the wrong name! Poor, poor business and salesmanship!!
