13-year-old boy charged for driving on M5

A 13-year-old boy was reportedly apprehended for operating a vehicle on the M5.

The juvenile, whose identity is protected due to his age, was taken into custody while driving a VW Passat on the southbound lanes between junctions 8 and 9 in Gloucestershire on October 10.

Scheduled to face charges at Cheltenham Magistrates Court this Friday, the boy hailing from Bristol is accused of driving without a license or insurance.
