Hyundai Promise Approved Used cars to come with a whopping five-year warranty

Hyundai – known for its reliability – has launched its improved Hyundai Promise Approved Used Cars programme that gives all of its eligible used cars an industry-leading warranty of up to five years.

The new five-year warranty is offered on petrol or diesel cars up to 42 months old that have covered less than 60,000 miles, or EV/PHEV/Hybrid vehicles up to 36 months old with a maximum of up to 60,000 miles.

Any cars that don’t meet the criteria are eligible for a 12-month warranty, with the option to buy extended packages.

The five-year used car warranty comes included on all qualifying vehicles, the only requirement is that the car needs to be serviced annually by a franchised Hyundai retailer to unlock the next 12 months.
