The new Cyberster combines a century of sports car heritage with cutting-edge technology

MG's iconic roadster returns, electrified for the modern era.

The new Cyberster combines a century of sports car heritage with cutting-edge technology, featuring show-stopping scissor doors and an advanced electric powertrain.

With up to 536bhp and a range of up to 310 miles on a single charge, the Cyberster is redefining the roadster experience for a new generation.

The Cyberster offers two electric powertrains to choose from. The Trophy model features a single electric motor on the rear axle, delivering 335bhp and 475Nm of torque with rear-wheel drive. Its 77kW lithium-ion battery can recharge in just 38 minutes using a public rapid charger.

For even more power, the GT model adds a second motor on the front axle for four-wheel drive, producing up to 536bhp and 725Nm of torque. This model accelerates from 0-62mph in just 3.2 seconds, compared to 5.0 seconds for the Trophy.

Both models offer a thrilling drive, with four driver modes—Comfort, Custom, Sport, and Track—allowing you to tailor the experience. Paddle shifters let you choose from three levels of regenerative braking, and a high-performance braking system from Brembo ensures you can stop as quickly as you go.

MG's UK-based design and engineering teams have meticulously tuned the Cyberster's chassis over 18 months, focusing on perfecting its performance for British roads. This process honours MG’s storied past while fostering a new generation of engineers and specialists.

The MG Cyberster is a striking blend of performance and style. Its sleek, dynamic design is accentuated by scissor doors that open upward like those of a true supercar. The fabric roof is electrically powered and can open or close in just 15 seconds, even at speeds up to 30mph.

Inside, the driver-focused cockpit features a central 10.25-inch display, flanked by twin seven-inch screens for additional information. The lower fascia houses a colour touchscreen for operating the dual-zone climate control system. Both driver and passenger enjoy six-way adjustable heated sports seats with memory functions and lumbar support.

The Cyberster comes loaded with premium infotainment options, including Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, an eight-speaker Bose sound system, DAB, voice recognition, a 360-degree parking camera, and twin USB ports. MG Pilot provides a suite of driver assistance features and active safety systems to enhance your driving experience.

The configurator for the new MG Cyberster is live, with first deliveries expected this summer.
