The Lamborghini Fenomeno Roadster has officially landed – and it’s every bit as outrageous as you’d expect. This ultra-limited hypercar takes everything we loved about the Fenomeno coupe and turns the drama up a notch by removing the roof entirely.
Even better? It’s the most powerful open-top Lamborghini ever made, and the first drop-top to use the brand’s groundbreaking hybrid V12 powertrain from the Revuelto.
Only 15 examples will be built worldwide, each carrying a price tag deep into seven figures – making this one of the rarest Lamborghinis money can buy.
Key Facts
- Lamborghini Fenomeno Roadster revealed as ultra-rare hypercar
- Only 15 units worldwide
- Hybrid V12 produces 1,035bhp
- 0–62mph in 2.4 seconds
- No roof… at all
A Roofless V12 Hypercar – With no compromises
The Fenomeno Roadster sticks closely to the coupe’s carbon fibre monocoque chassis, proving Lamborghini can ditch the roof without sacrificing performance.
Despite going topless, Lamborghini claims rigidity remains largely intact, with only a marginal increase in weight. That’s thanks to some clever engineering, including a redesigned rollover protection system that also acts as an aerodynamic diffuser, channelling air into the engine.
The open-top design has forced a complete rethink of the car’s airflow system, including a new engine cover and induction layout.
And here’s the twist – this isn’t a convertible in the traditional sense. There’s no folding roof, no removable panel… nothing. The cutaway front windows confirm it’s permanently roofless, likely due to packaging constraints.
It also raises questions about whether we’ll ever see a roofless Lamborghini Revuelto.
1,035bhp Hybrid V12 Power
Performance is where the Fenomeno Roadster really earns its name.
At its heart sits a naturally aspirated V12 producing 823bhp at a screaming 9,250rpm. That’s paired with three electric motors and a 7.4kWh battery pack.
Together, the system delivers a staggering 1,035bhp.
- 0–62mph: 2.4 seconds
- 0–124mph: 6.8 seconds
- Top speed: Over 210mph
Power is sent through an eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox, with two electric motors on the front axle and one integrated into the transmission.
Aerodynamics reworked for open-air driving
Going roofless isn’t just about aesthetics – it requires a full aerodynamic rethink.
New air deflectors above the windscreen work alongside a redesigned rear clamshell to maintain downforce without increasing drag. The goal? Keep performance as close as possible to the coupe.
Bespoke setup and driver-focused engineering
Underneath the carbon fibre body, the Fenomeno Roadster features manually adjustable dampers, allowing owners to fine-tune suspension and ride height.
Other highlights include:
- Carbon ceramic brakes
- Rear-wheel steering system
- Bespoke Bridgestone tyres (21/22-inch setup)
- Optional semi-slick tyres on smaller wheels
Fully custom – If you can afford it
As you’d expect from a seven-figure hypercar, each of the 15 models will be completely bespoke.
Buyers can choose from:
- Single or dual-colour paint finishes
- Exposed carbon fibre detailing
- Fully personalised interior and trim options
If you’ve got the budget, Lamborghini will make sure your Fenomeno Roadster is truly one of one.
