UK’s biggest ultra-rapid EV charging stations you should know about

As the UK shifts more and more towards electric vehicles (EVs), fast charging is becoming a must-have. Nobody wants to hang around for hours while their car charges – and that’s where ultra-rapid chargers come in. These power up your EV way quicker than standard chargers, so you can top up and hit the road again in no time.

Let’s take a look at the 5 biggest ultra-rapid EV charging stations in the UK right now.

What is ultra-rapid EV charging?

Ultra-rapid chargers deliver serious power – usually 100kW or more – which means you can charge your EV up to 80% in around 20–30 minutes (depending on your car and the charger). Basically, perfect for long road trips or when you're in a hurry.
