Stellantis, with a third of its revenue coming from commercial vehicle sales, plans to expand by revamping its entire model lineup. The UK market features brands like Citroen, Peugeot, Fiat, and Vauxhall, while Opel and Ram contribute to the global presence. Stellantis is unifying its brand relaunch under the Pro One umbrella, introduced in October, accompanied by enhanced after-sales services.
New Stellantis small vans
Stellantis has given its small vans a comprehensive facelift. While the platform remains unchanged, each model—Citroen Berlingo, Fiat Doblo, Peugeot Partner, and Vauxhall Combo—boasts a fresh look. The Vauxhall Combo sees the most significant change with a new Vizor grille aligning it with the broader Vauxhall range. Inside, all models receive a new digital dashboard, and lower-spec versions get a phone cradle for enhanced smartphone connectivity. Higher-spec variants feature a 10-inch touchscreen and advanced safety systems, positioning them as sector leaders in safety. The Peugeot version retains its i-Cockpit layout. All models come in two lengths, with options for crew van and MPV variants. Powertrain options include petrol, diesel, and electric (depending on the market). While battery specs are unconfirmed, electric models promise up to 205 miles of range, a 30-mile improvement, and introduce a heat pump for efficiency without compromising cargo or payload capacity. Stellantis has confirmed that the new EVs can travel further.
New Stellantis medium vans
Stellantis has refreshed its medium-sized van lineup, including models like the Citroen Dispatch, Fiat Scudo, Vauxhall Vivaro, and Peugeot Expert. The vans feature new front ends, aligning with their respective manufacturer line-ups. The Vauxhall Vivaro introduces its own interpretation of the Vizor grille. Inside, upgrades include a 10-inch driver's display and new touchscreen tech. The lineup offers both internal combustion engine (ICE) and electric versions, with battery options of 50kWh and 75kWh. Additionally, a hydrogen fuel cell variant is available, providing nearly 250 miles of range and a five-minute refueling time. All electrified versions come with a 400-volt power take-off system for running power tools. Stellantis offers various configurations, including panel van, crew van, MPV, and chassis cab options, and introduces a motorhome conversion base for the first time.
New Stellantis large vans
Stellantis introduces updates to its large van lineup, including the Citroen Relay, Peugeot Boxer, Vauxhall Movano, and Fiat Ducato. The vans now share a cohesive design with new front bumpers and feature a digital cockpit with enhanced connectivity options. Advanced driver-assistance technology, such as adaptive cruise control, lane assist, and traffic sensing, sets these vans apart. Electric versions undergo significant changes, adopting an in-house developed system with a 110kW battery, providing a range of up to 260 miles and a payload of 1.5 tonnes. The vans support 150kW charging for an 0-80 percent charge in less than an hour and include a 400-volt power take-off system. Stellantis plans to reveal a fuel-cell version with a 310-mile range in 2024. Additionally, retrofit hydrogen systems will be offered for existing vans to facilitate the transition to renewable energy. Pricing details will be disclosed by the end of the year, and sales are expected to occur between now and the end of 2024. Stellantis aims to achieve a fully electric van lineup by 2027, three years ahead of its overall target of becoming fully EV by 2030.
